Does what it needs to do.
Lost my braun charger and got this as a replacement. It feels light and cheap but does the intended job

Underpowered and ineffective
The media could not be loaded. The power output was too low to run my Silk Epil 5. The wheel span but as soon as it touched skin and had any friction it stalled and the powerlight flashed furiously as the suply failed to handle the power demand. The unit itself was very lightweight and cable thin so I suspect it is actually a much lower power rating than the badge claims. Disappointing.

My husband is in hospital,and never had an electric razor always had a wet shave. Now he is using this and is very pleased with it thank you

NOT for Braun 5514 trimmer
Although I'm sure this works well, it does NOT fit the Braun 5514 trimmer.

Poor product
I'm disappointed. I ordered this item specifically because it had a charge indicator light - it hasn't got one. Also, I had difficulty plugging it into a 13 Amp socket; a badly designed product.
