Out of the several brands I’ve tried Mars is the worst yet, There is no 3rd party testing certificate you can pour it out like water it had zero thickness & has taste like No other brand I’ve had!!

honestly, I cannot go into depth as to the benefits i felt or really anything about this shilajit resin. I have not tried to mix it with anything but I've tried drops watered down by a LOT and this resin type stuff which isn't easy to dilute and I just cannot stick to taking it because no matter what form it's in, to me it's like dumping a change purse into my mouth but for hours because it's got a lasting metallic taste and I can't get past that mental association. I'm pretty sure that's just par for the course with shilajit though. So I'm just chalking it up to, shilajit isn't for me. Which is why I give it 4 stars. It came packaged beautifully with a little spoon and all so if someone was into taking this type of stuff it could make a great gift. To someone special or just to treat yo self! It seems it's good quality but again, I'm only ever able to try this stuff once no matter the format. I don't want to rate this low just for the simple fact that this type of product is def not for me. So take that as you will lol?! And Godspeed!

This is a LOT smaller portion that I'm used to getting but it's okay. Just didn't expect it. I always love that these come with little scoops for size proportion. This particular product does have a bit of taste and smell to it. I was hoping it would go away while adding it to my coffee, but I can still tasted the elements of it. It's like a excrement smell combined with tar taste. Not the most pleasant.

Besides that it tastes awful it does nothing to your system! Basura!

I'd been seeing shilajit all over as some form of natural wellness super supplement and was interested in trying. Mars was a brand that seemed to be showing up a lot on social media so I tried it. I'm not sure if this is for me. Maybe its just their version of the resin, but it it was real thin and watery compared to others I've seen. They give you a small gold spatula thing which doesn't work great with how thin it is.
