Loved building and setting this set up. Was larger than I expected and the lights work pretty well. I do wish they had a light sensor similar to night light but I have no complaints.

Overall, this is a pretty fun build and it looks really cool at the end.I wish I could give it 3.5 stars, but settled on 4 because some of the rod(?) pieces definitely need to be longer. Namely, the one that connects to the two sections of the lamp and the ones for the back legs of the bench are too short. Basically, neither can be securely put together, but it is buildable (if you are careful) but it will break if you move itIf you put the rod all the way into the pieces that are the "feet" of the bench, it will not go all the way through the hole and therefore will not secure into the bench. So you kinda have to do both halfway, which is a little tricky to do and very easily falls apart (it fell apart multiple times as I added more parts to the build and also falls apart whenever I try to move the bench)

Great set for a Hollow Knight mega fan!

I was skeptical what the quality would be for the cheap price, but this set was so cute. It has an intricate design and I didn't realize the lights actually work! That was a wonderful surprise. Assembly was easy enough for my 12 year old and the directions were much easier to follow than usual off brand Legos. Would definitely recommend it for any Hollow Knight fans

I recently played hollow knight and be came a fan.. so I saw this lego.. but not from lego.. and ofc I like lego to.. its cute, easy to build (if you use the Instructions). It has a good weight to it.. I mean it doesn't like cheap lego.. its smooth to the touch.. I recommend it if you like lego, hollow knight..

Probably the funniest thing to me about this kit are the photos of the toddlers playing with this model. I doubt they could even make it out of Dirtmouth let alone navigate the Ancient Basin.Nevertheless, I was thrilled to find this model based on one of the best games I've played in the last two decades. Those comfortable building any moderate Lego kit, will find this model quite familiar. The pieces come in numbered bags which are organized by steps; the instructions are well illustrated and easy to follow; the pieces are of standard size and recognizable shape; everything snaps together as you'd expect.The build is relatively quick - maybe an hour for experienced builders. Most of the pieces are smaller singles and doubles, but there are only three build sections, so everything moves along fairly quickly. Moreover, the primary colors are black and white, with a few shades of grey and a couple of blue pieces thrown in. This makes sorting for each stage very quick so you can get right to building.A big surprise - and one of the things I really liked - was that the street lamp actually lights up. There is no mention of this on the box or product description and from the product photos, the effect appeared to be photoshopped. To my delight, each lamp has a tiny LED that turns on with a slight twist of the piece. This is a feature that should really be highlighted as it adds to the moodiness of the model and plays in to the theme of the game.Overall I am very pleased with this kit. It was a fun, quick build and is very true to one of my favorite games. If you're a fan of Hollow Knight, I would highly recommend it.
