Gym quality bench at not gym price
easy to assemble very sturdy product with excellent range of motion, very good value at price point, as good as the full commercial benches ive seen in many gyms, handled 40 kg dumbell press with no effort at all

A Game-Changer for Home Workouts
I recently purchased the Braingain bench, and it has completely transformed my home workout routine. This versatile piece of equipment offers a wide range of exercise possibilities, making it a fantastic addition to any home gym.The adjustable incline and decline settings allow me to target different muscle groups effectively. Whether I'm doing chest presses, shoulder presses, or tricep extensions, the bench provides optimal support and comfort. The sturdy construction ensures stability, even during intense workouts. The padded upholstery is both comfortable and durable, making it a pleasure to use.I'm particularly impressed with the compact design, which makes it easy to store when not in use, But i usually have leave it out and ready to use.Its a great combo with the adjustable dumbbells I bought from Braingain as well definitely have a look at those. I got the adjustable40kg octagonal ones 2.5kg increments.I highly recommend the Braingain bench. It's a versatile, durable, and comfortable piece of equipment that will help you achieve your fitness goals.

You get what you pay for, spend the extra if you can
I will start off saying my order had a bend in part of the frame, alongside a strap mark on the bench seat from shipping. Which didn't impress me, although that may be Amazons fault not the manufacturer. Nevertheless I sorted those out myself and built the bench.Don't expect a commercial grade item, as at the end of the day you're not paying a commercial grade price. However you are still getting a decently built bench for a respectable amount of money. It's easy to put together, though I did use my own Wrench & Socket sets - as good luck using the one provided.Another bug bare for me is the wheels are always taking the majority of the weight, which makes the bench a little bit unstable whenever moving side to side. Ideally the wheels shouldn't be engaged until you tip the bench onto them, when you're moving it. I'm probably going to take mine back off, so it has to put all the weight on the base which is more sturdy.Looking past the negatives above, if you compare this bench to the other market options for the same price. This is of much better quality than most of those and I would feel comfortable doing a heavy press movement etc on it.If I was going to buy another bench, i'd be forking out the extra cash to get commercial grade. Failing that even perhaps getting a used bench from a gym.If you're reading this to decide if you should buy one for yourself, if you can spend the extra cash I'd really advise you to do so. Failing that this is still a good option for the price range.

Great bench
Great bench, from a great company. Highly recommended for the price I paid (£130). Think you’d be hard pressed to find a bench of the same quality for the same money.

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE IN CERTAIN SCENARIOS
The media could not be loaded. I'm disappointed to have to return this item after reading so many positive reviews.Upon arrival, I found that the plate for the bench pad to spine fixing location was bent. After contacting Braingain to confirm it was okay to straighten it myself, I bent it back and was able to proceed with assembling the bench. Thankfully, this worked out, but it was a frustrating start.During use, I noticed issues with the bench's stability, especially when it’s set in an upright position (over 75 degrees). For exercises like shoulder presses, the front leg of the bench, which is more of a stub rather than a 'T' shape, causes the center of mass to shift over the stub. This results in noticeable wobbling during the exercise, which is concerning for safety. I’m surprised this wasn’t identified during testing, as the wobble is quite evident.Additionally, while the bench offers decline settings, there’s only one foot support, which doesn’t provide adequate fixing for your legs, especially around the knee area. This makes it difficult to maintain proper positioning during decline exercises, leading to unwanted sliding. Both of these design flaws require you to compensate with your legs during certain exercises, which defeats the purpose of the bench. While it does offer a good range of positions and is generally well built, I’d argue that it’s not fully fit for its intended purpose.
