This chair is great. I had been having back problems and noticed it was after working all day. I have had no back pain since getting this chair!

I was recently in need of a good office chair, since my old one was worn out. I went online to look for potential options and came across this one. I liked the color very much and it seemed to be very comfortable so I decided to give it a try. When it arrived, I was ecstatic to try it out since I was using a stool during that time. It was surprisingly easy to assemble, only took a few minutes with the help of my husband. I gave it a try and I have to say, it's definitely worth the price. The slight curve on the back and cushioning on where my head would lay made it a very comfortable experience while I worked from home. The material it is of very high quality, and seems to not scratch easily: no marks were left behind after my dog played around on it. It can also support 500lbs, my children and I sit on it at the same time and it supports our weights combined with no problem! Moving around on the wheels is smooth and doesn't cause a lot of noise on many surfaces. The height adjustment is also handy since my table isn't very tall, and the none adjustable chairs may cause me some issue. I couldn't be happier with this purchase and highly recommend it to those looking for a nice office chair!

I work from home, and am in my office 8-10 hours on work days. I need a chair that is comfortable, and will hold up. I have had this chair for 5 months now, and that is exactly what it has done. It is comfortable, and does not leave me feeling sore. As a bonus it looks good in my home office. I can set it upright, or when needed, adjust it so the back can lean back. The adjustable lumbar support adds to the experience. If you are considering a chair for your home office, give this one serious consideration.

UPDATE… seller was super helpful and responded and sent replacement parts to suffice issue I was encountering…PLEASE READ…Chair is stiff, wide, sturdy...stiff that it tilts slightly forward. The back is too high for feeling comfy resting your head or neck back! ALSO…IT DOES NOT ROCK BACK AND FORTH.. seller needs to amend the description.. the back does NOT move, it is stiff and tilts slightly forward.. also, it sits SUPER low to the ground and does not rise up enough. I am not tall or large.. but this is too low even for me. The seller has been gracious enough to send me a replacement which may help with having this raise more..So The ONE STAR is the fact that this chair does not rise up?? I can lower a few inches...but will only go up very little. I compared to ALL other office chairs int he house..they all go up much higher, no matter which brand. There seems to be an issue with the mechanism. And if I want to return or exchange I have to pay the return shipping, which would made me just have initially bought a much higher rated, more expensive one to begin with! I am stuck with a stiff chair that hopefully will give over time and get more comfy!

They spent an extra 5 cents to package a hex tool with a handle on it instead of a simple L key, and it couldn't make more of a difference.Well designed and very heavy product. Majority of the base is Steel. The arms which provide support for the back are cast resin (I think), so while not indestructible they are fairly strong.One armrest was damaged in transit or through casting error, the company sent me a replacement (and also a replacement for the arm that was not broken) very quickly, at no cost, and with few questions asked.I would say A++ will buy again but I do not suspect needing to replace this chair for quite a long time.

The bolts holding the back of the seat bent one bolt at a time. At first I tried holding it on with cinches. That only nursed it along a few more weeks. It only lasted 4 months. Don't waste your money. It's not bariatric as advertised. I'm only 380lbs. It's supposed to be good for up to 500 lbs. No one over the weight limit sat in it. It's not like I even lean back in it or anyone else does. I am handicapped though, and I do use the armrests to help get up and down. Those are what hold the seat back on. I suspect these could not handle the weight. So disappointing.

Purchased in Sept. 2024. hydrolic height adjustment stopped working. Unable to find contact info for seller. Any ideas?

They seem a little too far backOverall this Chair might work for some people but don't expect much in the way of adjustments as there aren't many. The Chair seems to sit a bit too far forward for my liking. It is very upright with no way to recline or lean back outside of using the tilt feature which also seems kind of stiff requiring certain amount of force to maintain that tilt back. I really want to like this chair but lack of adjustments are making it difficult. Price was very good and Chair looks great but in the end it has to be comfortable to really appreciate it. Cushion is really firm and could be a little softer. If it was any harder or firmer it would be terrible. Backrest is okay in comfort if it didn't lean so forward. I have considered replacing the tilt bast and modify the backrest to tilt further back but dont know if it's worth the effort or extra cost. I maybe sending this thing back.
