I have intermittent sciatic pain, and sometimes cold helps to numb it for a while. I have used "regular" gel ice packs before, but they are too hard for the area (I have to sit or lie on the pack). I bought the largest size, and it is big enough to cover most areas. It was easy to freeze folded up, and didn't get as hard as a gel pack. I'm glad that it came with a cover. I hope to use the IceWrap for a long time.

This is a high quallity cold sleeve that is an exceptional product. Heavier, larger volume ice bags have a more penetrating effect it that is what you need. This thinner product works well for what it is, and is easy to reuse over and over again.

Good size, stays cool. Can sit on it, can roll it up so it takes up less space in freezer. Would like if cover was thinner so it would be colder, but can modify that at home.
