The XL tall fits great. It’s been hard to find good pair of scrub pants. These are breathable, don’t make a ton of sound when u walk, and the waist feels secure even without tightening the draw string a bunch. They also go all the way to my feet which is a plus as a tall girl!

I absolutely love these scrubs! They are so comfortable & have lots of pockets for those of us who still work bedside!

Very comfy, runs a little big, I am normally a size large in bottoms and I got a medium from the reviews and it’s honestly a little bigger than a medium should fit. Love how comfy they are, they feel like pajamas and stretch pretty well when I bend down. Perfect length

These Scrubs are okay. The khaki color looks very yellow and they definitely are not wrinkle-free. They don't get as many wrinkles as some scrubs, but they still get wrinkly.

Glad everyone posted that I should go smaller. The smaller size fit just fine. The pants seem sturdy and they fit comfortably.

There good material just not true to size I got a small and that’s what I normally wear but they run bigger so you would just have to go down a size to get your actual size
