I ordered these after urinary surgery that causes temporary incontinence. I was pretty much dreading use of what I expected to be an "adult diaper," so I was pleasantly surprised to find that the sizing, fit, comfort, absorbency, durability and odor suppression are all very good. The elastic brief that encapsulates the whole system is very comfortable and does not cause chafing. And until the point where the entire absorbent core is completely saturated, it does not feel wet or clammy. Odor control is very good, too, to the point that there was no noticeable odor from a "full" pair. Highly recommended!

I find this fit better on me than womens. I hate pants crawling up my butt all night. These work best for me

My husband recently had prostate surgery. We researched and tried several options for incontinence (including the NS brand). These were his most preferred disposable underwear. He wears these most days. He often puts a Tena guard inside because it's more comfortable against his skin and wears the Depend most of the day, changing it if there is leakage outside of the guard. He does not prefer the Depends alone or overnight as while it does absorb, his skin still feels wet. He tried the NS brand and liked that the sides tear but didn't like the overall feel and fit. (He also really likes the ShieldEase washable boxer briefs.)

These have worked well since I received troubling medical diagnosis. There’s nothing worse than being sick and then having to clean up a mess. They fit well and do a great job. Very durable, functional, and no skin irritation.

Depend Maximum absorbency underwear is good. Much better than Depend Ultimate absorbency underwear. I'd comment further on the Ultimate underwear, which is supposed to be better than Maximum, but I doubt if Amazon would allow it here.

These fit my husband perfectly. He is 5'7" and 130 pounds. So glad to have them as he has Alzheimer's and has had a stomach virus.
