Got these for my 8 and 10 year olds and they love them! The finished pieces are detailed and look great on the shelf, and they also have firm enough connections to be carried around and played with without constantly falling apart. A great alternative to pricey Lego brand, wish Amazon had more from this brand.One minor issue: one build was missing a piece. It was a fern for the ground so it wasnt missed.

Very cute and creative. A bit different than the normal Lego designs. They fit together perfectly and they kids enjoyed putting them together.

Product is exactly what is described. Easy to put together. The scale size is about the size of a man’s hand. Colors are beautiful. The bugs are AMAZING!

Every set I got in this package had missing, wrong, and excessive pieces that are too big to be considered for extra pieces. The beetle was missing the left face plate but instead had an extra mushroom cap, the dragonfly’s lake had a curved corner piece instead of a straight cornered piece, it is also missing the bottom piece on its flower so it can’t even be put up on display without falling down, and the butterfly and mantis both had extra pieces that were large enough to make me look back and see if I missed a step. I would expect this kind of inconsistency in a used set but not in a new one fresh out of the bag. If you have legos, you can find pieces to use on them because they are the same mold but you shouldn’t have to do that in the first place. I got this set because I thought it was at a great price. But I wouldn’t purchase from this company again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. I’ve purchased legos my entire life and have never had a single wrong/missing/large extra piece from a new set.

I didn't want to pay the price for the brand name to get these cute insects for my son to put together, so I took a chance and got these. They are so cute! My son assembled them easily and I have them tucked near various plants I have in the house. My favorites are the dragonfly and the mantis. I've had them up for months and not one has come apart, despite being jostled a little when I water the plants. I will be buying more of these!

I can't say enough about how cool these are! My son loves bugs and legos, but usually let's his big sister build them for him. These caught and kept his attention for hours while he put them together. He came out of his room only to show us each stage of the build for each bug. Absolutely great gift for a 7 or 8 year old boy or girl who loves bugs/nature!
