Not the best deal if you're looking at the cost per volume, but storing Parmesan cheese in packets makes it very convenient and easy to use on the go, and 200 of them will take some time to get through if you're living alone. Cheese is as expected.

I am a person who often goes to the big box store that sells that wonderful pizza by the slice at a cheap price. They are exactly what you'd get there but I don't have to ask for it and since I have a car fridge, I can just store them in there for those emergency moments.

The flavor of this parmesan cheese is legit -- nutty, sharp, and way better than the shakers at the store. It only contains three simple ingredients: parmesan cheese, corn starch, and cellulose. No preservatives, no weird aftertaste. They are great for sprinkling on pizza, pasta, soup, or even roasted veggies.

These are just like the packages you get from pizza restaurants. They were easy to open, poured out well and had a cheesy flavor. I tested them on pizza, but plenty on using them with pasta another time.

These parmesan cheese single servs are pretty full and one provides enough cheese topping for a plate of pasta. The texture is medium to fine, no big chunks and easy to digest. I wish they were a bit more stinkier though, I do like a more potent parmesan scent and taste. These packets do have a good saltiness to them, no additional seasoning required. I tried this cheese on my pasta with my homemade spicy marinara sauce and I also just made some buttered noodles with this parmesan just to get a more single cheese flavor. Both were nice and created different flavor components.

Very good taste, these ones have a shelf life of a year (but actually dry and salty cheese packaged like this can stay good for years).These ones don't contain strange ingredients as titanium dioxide, like many others.

These parm packets aren't gourmet by any means; they're what you'd get at a pizza place or with takeout at a casual red-sauce Italian restaurant. But they're pretty good for what they are, and it's nice that they're shelf stable.
