Good flashlight batteries. Probably not 9900 mAH (much closer to 3000 mAH). Still a good value.
These are normal 18650 LiMH batteries, which should max out around 3300 mAH. They seem clean and have shown themselves to hold a charge for months. Overall a great value.

Whatever you don't buy these CWUU 18650 3.7v rechargeable Batteries. They are not 9900mAH.They do not hold their charge well and will drain unused in a couple of months.I had EBL batteries in the past and they will hold most of the charge (if unused) for over 6 months in my cars. I used my EBL led lights daily and nightly to take the dogs out at night and around the garage and they would last for 3-4 months before needing a charge.
