Great for quieting the brain bees -- in the neurodivergence toolbox for me.
I have ONE complaint, and I will be stating this before I state all the things about it that I love. The mirror bit doesn't tilt. That's my one complaint. I want to have it straight at eye level for me when I use it, and that currently means finding a place to put it that is the proper height because the stand does not lower or raise, and the head bit doesn't tilt. Now, all the things I love.I'm guessing that the mirror inside is concave, and that's how one strand of led lights inside look like they repeat down a tube that leads to a patch of black at the center. This is great for meditating, especially if you're not someone who can just sit down and switch your brain to EMPTY mode. Watching the lights moving in whatever pattern you select gives the glitter-jar effect. There's enough to watch that my brain can relax and just sink into the pattern. I cannot explain how big a relief this is when your mind and your attention are going a thousand different directions at once from the moment you wake up until the moment you go to sleep. This lamp (like a glitter jar I don't have to keep shaking), does that for me. it allows me to focus and think about ONE THING more deeply, or just shut down when I get overwhelmed. It also has a ZONE effect for me. Part of my ADHD management strategy in the past has been a kind of drawing meditation that slows things down enough to get me into a state of flow. Actually, it probably induces hyperfocus and that's just what I think of as Flow, but it takes a while. Like being able to force myself to do this drawing-based meditation for 20-30 minutes would do it. The lamp is getting me there in 5-10. It's also got a super low barrier to entry. All I have to do to actually get myself to do it is turn the light on and sit in front of it. I don't have to commit to half an hour and gather materials and tape paper down and blah blah blah... I don't have to fight myself so hard to actually do the thing that I have to do in order to focus and do my job.I don't know how many people will understand this, but a lot of the time... the struggle is just getting STARTED. Even if you love to do something, if the setup feels like a hassle, it's hard to get started. This lamp is basically wiping out the hassle portion for me. Less hassle = easier to start. I don't have to commit to doing something for 30 minutes in the hope that it will work. I just have to turn on the lamp, sit in front of it, and watch the colors. If after a couple minutes, I'm not feeling the effects, I can stop. I negotiate with myself to do basically everything. With housework, it's one small task at a time. All I have to do is X, and if I don't wanna do Y after, I don't have to. Because once I get moving, I will mostly do X, Y, Z, and then run through the whole alphabet of things to do. It's getting going that's the problem. Lowering the barrier to entry is critical for me.IYKYK5 stars.

This is a cool illusion mirror, but not too sturdy.
The lights are cool on this thing. It makes it look like there is so much depth to it. There are a few different modes, even one that responds to music or voice. The light is a full fledged mirror, when the lights are turned off.The only bad thing is that the pole that holds the mirror up is very thin, and is unstable. The first time it fell over in my son's room, it cracked the neck of it, and sits crooked now. But, all in all, this is a neat illusion lamp mirror!

This Is The Coolest Light I Have Seen Yet
The media could not be loaded. So if you havn't seen this ambient 3D light yet you really should check it out.I have gotten a lot of different lighting stuff of Amazon that most of it is pretty cool and neat stuff but when i ordered this ambient light by SENCU i really didn't no what to expect. So last night i set it up and turned it on and at first you just see single colors which i thought was allright but then i started trying some of the other options with all the colors at one time i thought this is got to be the coolest lighting i have seen yet.So i played around with it for about 10 minutes and seen what it can do then i thought you know two of these doing two different things at once would look great so i went on Amazon and ordered another one which i will have in a couple more days. Another thing about this light is when your not using it for it's lighting effects you have a really nice round mirror to use when needed.Overall I really think this is the neatest light i have purchased yet i had no idea it was going to be this cool. If your in to this kind of lighting thing or in to RGB lighting you really got to see this work in person to get the whole affect. The only thing that i really would have liked is if it had a remote control. It only has the inline controler on the USB plug wire which does bother me a little because i have had computer fans with this type of set up and eventually the module goes out and you have no more color. I hope that isn't going to be the case here. There isn't to much for instructions so you just got to play around with it. I looked at this ambient light in SENCU'S store on Amazon and it shows a picture of a app on a phone but i can't find anything about any app for it or in the instructions so maybe there might be a app for it i'm not sure though. If I do find a app for it all come back and edit this review and let you know.Anyway I would for sure recommend this ambient light by SENCU you really need to see it in person in the dark to get the full effects.Check out the short video i made if your interestedThanks For Reading
