As the power of the lamp is lost during transport. For the first time use, please place the solar panel under the sun first to fully charge it before use.

Q: Why does the light only flash once and then stop coming on when I switch it on?

Because the solar panel is set to be used in a dark environment, if there are other lights in the surrounding environment that will shine on the solar light, it may cause the light to not stay on.

Q: Can I only use screws to fix the lights?

No, our pool lights can be mounted in 3 ways: using the 3M adhesive that comes with it / using ties / using screws.

Q: If my light are breaks, how do I get the seller service?
