Great value.
Easy to install and has been working great for a few months. The cameras will change directions and stay there sometimes. It may be my setup and not knowing how to set them up correctly. Good pictures.

Reasonably priced and quality video.
We love these cameras. They were easy to install and the video is great. We also have audio capabilities. There is an AI search feature that allows us to see if people have been on our property. The cameras can also rotate.

Great system for the money! Easy setup.
looked at many systems and reviews before settling on this . Had all the features i wanted . The system came packaged very well. Upon opening all the items were individually packed or boxed and were new. As i set the system up i found it to be relatively easy to configure. And the app...WOW ! works great. The camera pictures are clear and bright and the infrared night vision works extremely well. The remote and mouse were included. But ... best of all... when i first started to set up the system i forgot my password and contacted customer support via text. It was beginning of the weekend so i figured i would not hear back until Monday. To my surprise i received a response within an hour or so and was back in service!! Great customer care! I have had other systems over the years but this beats them all. If you are undecided this is the product for you! Its a can't miss for most applications.

Works fine until it doesn't. Returning.
What did I like? Easy physical installation. Easy wireless connection between NVR base unit and cameras. Great picture quality. Option to register and extend the 1-year warranty to 2-years. That's it.What didn't I like? Written instructions on one big piece of folded paper and very small print. No instructions for setting up WiFi connection between NVR and home router. Wrong instructions for setting up Email link. I had to figure out both on my own. No instructions for mobile app operation. Operating instructions for the various functions and settings were abysmal. Some features shown on the NVR monitor screen were different than written instructions. Many features available via the NVR monitor had no instructions and you just had to play around with different settings and see what changed. Motion detection of all cameras inconsistent. One big problem is that mobile and email alerts inconsistent or delayed. (As I'm writing this I am getting mobile alerts from 25 minutes ago.) Tech support told me to connect via ethernet cable. I bought the system for its WiFi connection capability. My home router is in the middle of the house as it should be. The NVR is one room away connected to my TV and there is only an open passageway and wall between the two. The NVR was saying I had good connection to my home network. I have fiber internet at 1GB up/down. Just to be sure, I installed a router extender between my home router and NVR and noticed improvement and I was getting quick alerts. Then I began to notice random extended alert times. Part of me is curious if an ethernet cable will fix this but I know I'm not going to install one so why bother buying one and experimenting. The final straw? Two cameras would pan and tilt using the mobile app but would not do so to automatically track motion. I would walk around in front of the cameras with my cellphone and see that the camera saw me and was sending alerts about motion. But the cameras would not pan and tilt as I moved within and out of range. I began experimenting and replaced the cameras with known working cameras and they still didn't track. The NVR was saying I had good connection between the NVR and cameras. These cameras were not even my most distant cameras with less walls between NVR and cameras. I finally pulled them down and temporarily installed them and all unused cameras in the same room as the NVR. I cleared the NVR system and setup all cameras from scratch with the same settings. And what I got were varying results. Some tracked motion and some didn't. Some provided a body region detection and some didn't. Some sent alerts and some didn't. This is when I said I'm done. In the next few days all cameras are coming down, being boxed up and sent back to Amazon for a refund. I know some have had success with this product and I'm glad. I'm just done trying to get this system to work consistently.

Good Security add at a good price.
The power adapters are a good lengthThe night vision is good. The color is good. The NVR is good.* Our front door was seriously Bump-tested. Home invasion/B&E is no joke.I was responding to the foolishness with no idea what I was stepping outside to.These give me a quick, clean image, day or night, and will Record the event should any Legal Services be required.Gives me the Option to run off fools and let the Police know this is the Fool and Day, Date, Time, height, dress, etc.The Install was fairly quick, cameras popped up on the NVT immediately.Good distance response and STRENGTH of SIGNAL Indicators helpful....the app...has not been installed yet...The software for the Win Server...is...NOT Currently UserFriendly, imo.

These are great systems for the money.
First I want to warn folks who are having the issue of the system not recognizing the HDD, little backstory I have had a few of these systems and all their power cords work with all of them. I upgraded to the 10 ch NVR with the 4TB HDD. Well you need to change out the power cord the older systems don’t put out the same power so with mine it would power on the unit and run the NVR but wouldn’t power up the HDD making it invisible to the NVR. Once I changed the power cords out it works like it was supposed to.Now back to the system, these are easy to set up and easy to add cameras and it supports pretty much all of their cameras. Now I do not know if it would accept other brands I have always just added their cameras since I like them, their bullet cams are metal body and they are very durable, I have had a few for over ten years. The new TPZ cameras are plastic but seem to be good. I do love how you can set positions and they have a tracking feature which works ok for tracking people it’s too slow to keep up in cars but it tries. All in all these are great systems for the money, great coverage for the least amount of money. Absolutely worth it.
