Great pen
I have collected fountain pens for over 30 years and this is my first foray into Chinese pens and I am stunned. Great pen. Well made writes so well, fills easily, looks great. And is great value

TWSBI 700R beating
I went for the upgrade to Bock Nib. As a vac filler it's two main established competitors are the TWSBI 700R and Custom 823. I have both and can say that okay, it's not an 823. However, I would get it over a 700R any day of the week. For one, it's cheaper (even with the bock nib upgrade) and two, subjective, it looks smarter and more of-a-piece than the 700R. It was Bock nib and you can ask for Asvine to QC it before shipping, so the pen wrote well out of the box. If Asvine produce a V200 in different colour - either the furniture (rose gold please?) or the acrylic, I'm getting another.

Great pen with one significant downside
This pen has a nice clean appearance. I accidentally ordered an extra fine and was surprised at how smooth it was, but would still consider buying a medium just to be as smooth as possible. Construction is good, pen feels solid. Even though it's pricier than some other pens, it's still a good value for money considering it's made with titanium and has great build quality. The main issue I have with this is the weight and balance. It's too heavy at the back. This makes it more strenuous than other pens which are weighted differently. If weight and balance is a big issue for you I would consider buying a different pen such as the Asvine V126 which having fewer metal components should weigh significantly less.If Asvine read these things, in my opinion you should consider putting less metal at the back of the pen. Keep the metal section though as that actually helps the balance being at the front. Making the bind cap smaller and/or thinner might also do the trick. I also love the aesthetic of the V169, M169, and P80, but the increased weight means I wouldn't buy one. If you could somehow make a similar looking pen while having less weight especially at the back I would buy it in a heart beat.

I really like this pen .It is relatively inexpensive and is worth every penny .It is as good as pens that are far more costly and it also looks great .

Value for money.
I have always been sceptical about the quality of Chinese fountain pens, but this was an exception. Purchased with a broad Bock nib it writes very well, competing with Twsbi pens on build quality and price.

Very impressive
This may be relatively inexpensive but it is not a cheap pen by any means. Beautifully made, impressively constructed, fantastic value for money.

Very nice, solid fountain pen
It's a bit heavier than I usually like (38g) but it's a very nice pen that writes beautifully, like all the Asvine pens. The clear body shows off the ink very well and encourages you to use a bright colour :)

Totally Worth The Money
This pen was a big good surprise for me!Yes, I admit I'm biased against cheap Chinese knock-off products, especially when they're sold to you as the original product. But this pen is neither a knock-off, nor cheaply made, and it doesn't try to pass itself off as something that its not.The Asvine V200 is visually similar to the Conid Bulkfiller, a $900 fountain pen made in Belgium. But that's where the similarities end. The Conid is designed to be filled with an eyedropper, and has a somewhat complicated (and patented) mechanism to maximize ink reservoir capacity, and a shut-off valve seen in some Japanese eye dropper pens (like the Opus 88). The Asvine V200 has a vacuum filling system, similar to what the TWSBI Vac 700 R, the Pilot Custom 823, and the Visconti Homo Sapiens use. The V200's filling mechanism is unremarkable, except that it works flawlessly, just like its more expensive competitors'. The clear acrylic of the V200 is crystal clear, allowing you to see the inside of the pen. Finial, clip, dual cap band and filler knob are made from titanium, which is perfect for the modern, industrial, esthetics of this pen. I opted for the Asvine #6 <F> nib; I could have opted for a Bock #250 nib, but decided to give the Asvine nib a try. I'm glad I did, because the Asvine nib is very good. Very smooth for a Fine nib, it provides an almost Japanese <F> line width, with no hard starts or skips. The nib is quite hard with virtually no line variation when pressing the nib against the paper. The nib and feed have performed reliably and flawlessly from the first stroke. The cap can be posted securely on the back of the pen, but pen length and weight distribution make this unnecessary, for me.The Asvine V200 has served notice to the "established" pen manufacturers that Chinese companies are capable of making products as good as "Western" products, at a fraction of the price, without resorting to simply imitating or cloning those "Western" products. If you're in the market for a good fountain pen, and are not fettered by nationality or brand loyalty constraints, this Asvine pen will definitely meet your expectations.

Very nice pen, good build quality
The bock nib is very smooth, and the ink flow has been tuned very well. It is not too wet that only the best fountain pen paper can handle, but also good enough that does not require any pressure to get it going. The build quality is also much nicer than the more expensive twsbi VAC700R, totally worth the money.
