Decent quality, but absolutely no extras. (UPDATE)
The board itself seems to be of decent quality, however I chose this particular brand because even though the price was a bit higher than other alternatives; there were a lot of supposed "extras" included with the price, so I went ahead thinking it was good value.The board came and nothing else. Hoping the seller realizes the mistake and sends the promised items. Only time will tell how the actual board holds up. Will update either way.UPDATE*****The seller responded very quickly and I soon realized that it was actually an error in shipping, not theirs. The extras came as promised and are of similar quality. 4-5 Stars for the product (will update over time to see how they hold up) but DEFINITELY an extra star for the way in which the seller handled the situation.

Equipment arrives in TWO packages, no instructions, but it's intuitive.
Bought this for our Scout Troop camp outings. Taught the boys how to backboard and immobilize each other. Worked great, no problems, other than some of the straps are a bit long for smaller victims.

Not very good quality
Backboard is fine. Straps are too short and inferior, thin material. Head straps/blocks are not terribly high quality. Good enough I guess for training. I am a paramedic with 45 years experience. I can not recommend.

Ordered the item, however received only the board and upon filling out the a form., we were assured that the 2nd package would arrive a week later and it did. Making it right!!! Satisfied with the results!!! Thank You!!!

No instructions. I can't figure out assembly.
I purchased this for the pool at my campground. It looks like it's made well, but I cant figure out how to assemble the straps and head support. It did not have instructions with it and I can't find a youtube video that shows how to put this together. I don't like leaving a bad review, but this is useless to me if I can't put it together. It really should have instructions or a link to instructions.
