Tidy dog
Brilliant tool, gets all knots and stray hairs out

Too hard to get the fur out
My cat loves it, doesn’t cause any irritation to the skin. But it’s so hard and inconvenient to get the fur out of the brush that I ended up having to buy another one that has a button to push the fur off and I can remove it easily.

Not quite
I have left this with high star rating simply due to my dog having mostly awkward wiry hairSo for most dogs I think this would work as it gets into the coat well and seems not to snag due to the flex of the bristles, so you can work out the matting rather than tugging it as such, couldn't judge the de-shedding side has my dog doesnt shed.In summary my dog has a harsh second coat (PBGV) and sheds little, so it struggled more to get through the coat before bending, but where his coat is less wirey like on his feet it did a good job in detangling the fur

It works good!
It's one of the only silicone fur catcher that I have bought (I've bought alot) that actually works. Plus it's easy to clean.

Works well
This works very well for my yorkie cross cairn terrier. She gets quite cold at this time of year, she is 15, so I put a jumper on her which causes her fur to become somewhat tangled. The brush gets all the tangles out without causing her any distress or pain so I’m very happy with it. I also have other Groomi products which work well for my other dog which has a short coat.I’m very happy with my purchase.

It's OK.
Bought this for my Chow Chow but it's not very effective 🙃. I wouldn't recommend this for a double coated animal.

Good but not the best I’ve used
I have long haired yorkies and the brush states it is good for the breed. My two are very used to daily brushing with a detangle brush so I was surprised when one was not keen on me using this brush.I found for my dog that tends to have the most tangles, that he was not as tolerant of this brush as normal for some reason. The other was happy with it but is not as prone to tough tangles.I feel this brush did a good job on light tangles but the bristles were too flexible and soft for tougher tangles. My dogs don’t have an undercoat so I can’t comment on that aspect.The brush is palm shaped so it fits nicely in your hand and if comfortable to use. Its well made a good price and works ok. I would use it again but not over my current brush.
