The product works as expected. Now my pressure washer hose is organized. There was an issue which the short lead hose connect between the motor and the reel is leaking from the swirl joint. The issue is solved now. The seller is very responsive and sent a new hose for replacement. Now the leaking is gone.

Appears very sturdy. Full hose was easy to load.

Returned... won't work with most hoses that come with standard attachments. Feed ramp is not big enough. Would work great if you have a small hose coupling.

This got our pressure washer hose off the ground. So no more trying to roll up pressure hose and keeping it on side of pressure washer. This mounted to our pressure washer. Of note we have a full size steam style pressure washer with 4 wheels, so this won't mounted the to those little pressure washers

Worst product design ever. This is a $200 reel and I can’t even fit my standard hose through the hole. The hole is literally and Inch wide.. I had to go through 3 different hoses just for it to not fit at all. Complete waste of my money and time. If you’re reading this, look for another one

The media could not be loaded. I’m a big fan of this hose reel due to the fact that it’s priced pretty competitively compared to other brands of the same quality. When looking for a retractable hose reel it was difficult to find a reel that did not come with a hose, many either come with a cheap hose for about $100-200 or have a decent hose but the whole reel is priced above $400. I also noticed many different brands had a bracket orientation that would not let you get a drill behind the reel to mount it to the wall, however this one has a detachable plate so I was able to mount the plate first with the bolts in the holes, and then mate the hose reel to the plate by tightening nuts and washers to the bolts on the plate. From there everything was basically plug and play by setting up the hose and quick connects.The only cons I’ve come across so far (which is what gives this 4 instead of 5 stars) is firstly the hole to route the hose into the reel is too small for an m22-14mm end, which is odd because this reel is designed for that size hose, I just used a Dremel and bored out the hole. Secondly the female quick connect on the hose reel that attaches the hose to the reel is epoxied onto the reel, this was very annoying because it’s literally the only part of the hose reel that can’t be modified so you have to make it work, don’t try to remove this quick connect because there is no one who sells a replacement for the adapter it’s glued onto although the adapter is threaded and removable. Overall this hose reel is fantastic for the sake of its price, quality of materials, and ease of use. Despite it being so easy to use I definitely would recommend professional installation, due to the fact that the reel itself is pretty heavy, the pulling force to unreel the hose is quite high so make sure the reel is mounted perfectly solid to the wall, and depending on how tight you wind the spring for the recoil the recoil of the hose can have some initial force, don’t just let the hose wind back by itself because the high force of the spring could cause injury. The spring does not have constant force so adjusting it to the right pressure is important.

Installed in an industrial waste water room on a 4000 PSI 4 GPM pressure washer - it extends and retracts under pressure and works flawlessly. I thought it was too good to be true at the price we paid but it works extremely well. We just ordered 2 more.
