Best for home use . It takes much times to charge but also lasts long .Bass is also goodThe only demerit is that the wires are quite small so it makes trouble while riding bikes etc.

This neckband product is a letdown. After only two months, the earbud locks broke, making them difficult to use. The overall build quality is poor.Customer service is equally disappointing. It's tough to find a service center, and even if you do, they'll likely reject your claim due to the inherent poor quality of the product, making replacements impossible. My emails to customer service have also gone unanswered.I paid 400 rupees for this, but I strongly advise you to spend an extra 300-400 rupees and invest in a quality product from a reputable brand. You'll get a much better and more reliable product with a significantly lower chance of defects.

The sound quality and battery backup of these PTron Bluetooth earphones are impressive. The mic works well too, offering good clarity during calls. The neckband length is comfortable, but the earbud wire is too short, which causes the neckband to stick out awkwardly — making it uncomfortable to wear.Unfortunately, the right earbud stopped working after six months. I initiated a warranty claim, but the experience hasn’t been smooth. PTron took six days to respond, even though their website promises a reply within two days. Their response also mentioned that I had to ship the product within four days or the warranty would be void — which felt unnecessarily strict and intimidating.While I don’t mind covering the courier charges, I do feel that their communication could be more polite and customer-friendly. Better support would really improve the overall experience.

The product stopped working after couple of months. When try to find service center i found near by at Panvel when contacted no one was picking call. when personally visited found that it was closed 6 months back but still showing on website. went to Vashi service center and submitted for replacement. Even after 18 days if product submitted no updates from company or service center despite several calls and emails. After twitting on there twiter handle i got call and informed that replacement product is available at service center. when went to service center the product color was different then the submitted. the color which was provided is very dull and available at lower rate on amazon that time. Same was communicated to service executives but there response is not acceptable. I request not to buy there product due to third class customer service from there end.
