I recently purchased this item, which was advertised as a chocolate melting pot for tempering. The item arrived on time and appeared to be of good quality for the price. The controls were basic and easy to use, and the pot was easy to clean.However, there were a few issues with the product. The water marking on the inside of the tank did not compensate for the trays, causing the pot to overflow when filled to the maximum line. Additionally, the temperature dial was off by approximately 8-10 degrees Fahrenheit.The most significant issue was that the pot did not maintain the desired temperature. After setting the temperature, the pot would heat up and then click off. However, it would not come back on to maintain the temperature as stated in the description.Overall, while the pot was of good quality and easy to use, the issues with the water marking, temperature dial, and temperature maintenance prevented it from being a fully satisfactory product.
