Feel more alert, helps with some pain relief , boost energy, this one taste a lot better than the original shilajit. Notice more effectiveness the longer it’s taken. 60days in and I’m for it. Mixes easy, goes down better as a shot not a tea.

This is hands down the worst thing I’ve ever tasted, or tried to consume in my life. You can try mixing it with something else but you’ll still taste it. I don’t get how anyone can take this stuff. Not for me.

If you’re serious about your health and well being this is a must have. The taste is not so great by itself but when mixed with tea, coffee or juice, you barely notice. My energy levels have been through the roof since I have been taking this supplement. I feel fantastic! Sleep quality is better. Great value!!Smell isn't the worst.Takes a day or two to get over the taste. Less than a week to a week to feel all the benefits. Energy is up! Fatigue is to a minimum. Mental clarity is amazing! Sleeping better and waking up better!!Works amazing!👌🏽
