Saved me from U.P. Michigan Mosquitoes
TL;DR: Great for backpacking trips!Full disclosure, I bought this as a joke not knowing I would actually find it extremely useful. My friends and I take a yearly week long backpacking trip to the porcupine mountains in Michigan's U.P. We camp at backwoods campsites that have no bathrooms or shelters of any sort, so you have to walk into the woods to find a spot to use the bathroom. The bugs up there during spring and early summer are INSANE. I have gone many times and one thing I've learned is that bug spray will not save you. What does save you is long sleeves and bugnetting. Going #2 in the woods has always been a pleasant and refreshing experience in my opinion...but not in the height of mosquito season when your bare behind is exposed to every biting fly in the vicinity as you squat over a cat hole. This thing kept those pesky mosquitos off me so well that I'm convinced this will be in my pack on every summer backpacking trip for years to come. One more thing that was nice about this. Every camp site we had on our July trip this year was near a swimming hole, so I was changing in and out of swim trunks a lot. I hung up a clothes line between two trees and clipped this thing onto it so it was hanging down just low enough for me to step under it and change without flashing the entire campsite. Even without the clothesline I could totally just wear it on my head and change, and I did that a couple times. Works well.

I'm so glad someone made a Sitting Size Privacy Tent but it needs improvements
I've been needing a Privacy Tent of this Size for my Van. To create a pop up bathroom. All the Standing Size ones are too Tall to be usable in my Van. So they get Crazy Props for making this in the first place. However, i find it has some flaws that need to be corrected.Firstly, the carry bag is only big enough to fit it unopened. Once you open it and try to put it back in it doesn't fit. It's a struggle just to get it to slide back in, but on top of that it won't zip back up because now the tent just takes up more space. Make the carry bag a little bigger. Big enough to fit the tent after its been opened.Next, the Loop on the carry bag is only big enough to fit 1 finger in. That makes it both more difficult to carry and near impossible to hang when you need to set up your tent.Thirdly, if you can't find a spot to hang the tent and you need to wear it on your head, it swings around while you're trying to do whatever it is you need to do in the tent. So it would be most helpful if somehow the tent could stand up on its own. Even if that means it comes with rods or something to insert to support it.*And most importantly,While the Viewslide / Vent is useful, it would be better and a little safer if it was optional. If there were a cover we could put on and take off from the inside. Because if we can see out, others can look in. Making this a Not So Private Tent. The Pros are that this is a great size, it's small enough to fit in a Van and big enough that you can sit or crouch and still have privacy. It's pretty darn roomy inside, regarding width. Definitely wide enough to put a portable toilet inside of and use.And it does fold up small enough to pack well and carry. It's not very heavy either. This can easily be carried in a backpack.Black is also a good color for using inconspicuously at night. (Green would be another useful color for use during the day. )The loop on the tent is a pretty good Size. Small enough to prevent too much swing, big enough to find a good Size branch to hang it on.Ive hung it on a twig size branch and it worked with no issue. If the height could be adjusted through the loop that would be even better. Because the lowest branch i could find made the bottom of the tent 1 foot off the ground. The material seems durable enough to get at least 1 season use out of this. And the opacity is good. I haven't tested this against bright lights yet but at first glance it appears to be pretty opaque.Just remember that Viewslide is easy to look into from the Outside. You might want to somehow block it before using.I know alot of people in this day and age don't care about anyone's Privacy, and that we are all sinking deeper and deeper into Dystopia, but some of us still care about our Privacy and the Privacy of our Loved Ones.We still care about our Human Rights and the Rights of others. So if Privacy is a real concern to you like it is to me, beware of the Viewer at the top of the tent.

Good cover and aeration but bag is small
It’s easy folding, it covers you up and have enough room for changing. The portable bag is small that it’s hard to put the tent back in after taking it out the first time.

Nice item
As advertised, I returned it because I was to tall.

Horrible Idea
I know what a pop up tent is. If one states that their product is a “pop up” anything, then it is expected to stand on its own. This has to be hung from somewhere. Imagine how I felt when I arrived for my camping trip, opened the “pop up” shower, and realized I had NO WHERE PRIVATE TO BATHE!!! I was in an open area with no trees meaning I had no where to hang this horribly designed piece of garbage. I can’t understand how this is marketed as a shower tent when you have to crawl underneath it, while it’s suspended from wherever you can hang it from. Don’t waste your money. Just purchase the REAL pop up shower tent with a door.

Works great, portable
I love this tent so much! We do a lot of outdoor activities where there are no restrooms nearby and you have to use the restroom outdoors. I bought this with the bucket toilet lid and was able to use the restroom whenever I wanted and have some sort of privacy even though there were tons of people around.

no staking necessary
I have a little pop up shower that I was using for our camping toilet, but it had to be staked up if left out, or risk blowing away. This is small enough, that I just pop it open when I want to use the toilet or change my clothes, and it is easy to twist back up when I am done. When I sit with it on, it just puddles up at my feet. I love the little screen, that I can look out. Even if someone is close enough to see my eyes, they can't easily see my business. But I try and use this only at night or in a private area to begin with. It can also be hung by a branch, just use another rope so that you can adjust the height. I love how it sits so lightly on my head and turns.

Not big enough
Does not stand up on its own you have to hang it and it is so short I can’t imagine trying to do anything in there
