clear pond
excellent product, our pond is in excess of 80,000 Ltrs. 2 of these pumps/filters have kept the pond crystal clear for many months now and they take less space and require minimal effort to keep clean as compared to our previous set up that cost 3 times more. highly recommend

Delivered on time. Easy to set up. Now been operational for over te weeks and the water is crystal clear for the first time n years. Very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend.

wish i had spent more money on a better product. had to repair it within a couple of months, customer service from manufacturer non existent

Good filter but questinable build material
Good product and works well but not impressed with the build materials. Looks the part until you touch it and worry that something will simply snap off in your hand. Time will only tell but so far I can't complain.

Warranty is good,
Prompt delivery, good quality item, several months on a faulty part caused pump to fail, seller contacted and new part quickly sent out, no fuss or drama, all working fine again,

I don't like the handle for selecting filter or clean function it seems very stiff a little bit broke of when I turned it to a selected position. It works ok as a filter.
