I really couldn’t be happier with this product. It’s gorgeous and sophisticated. Surprisingly well made and heavy. Installed easily and works perfectly. I would never have known it was a less costly product. Easy to use and open, no scratches, very comfortable to use.

This knob was easy to install and it’s beautiful. It feels very heavy and durable. The lock is also easy to use and works well. We bought this knob to replace a similar knob that was purchased from a major brick and mortar retailer and the difference in quality is astounding. This one is much nicer in look and feel.

We build houses and are always looking for architecturally interesting hardware. Typically we use fancy Schlage knobs, but on this project, wanted to try glass at a reasonable cost. Just installed almost 3 dozen of these, and here are my thoughts (for what they are worth): 1) quality seems very good (had one striker damaged in manufacturing, and one missing striker plate, but that kind of fallout rate is no different than Schlage or quickset or others). So far the seller has been good to work with. 2) Install was easy. Direct replacement fit in doors with round corner routing for strikers/plates. You really want to remove the knob (via set screw), to install the 2 machine screws that attack the 2 sides together. 3) Design is so-so… spring is very strong, so turning knob is hard. This is exacerbated by the glass knob being smooth sided. If you have wet or weak hands, then good luck gripping well enough to turn against the heavy spring. I would recommend they add reeding along the edge (like a quarter or dime has) for grip. Also, the lock button on privacy knobs tends to hit your knuckles when rotating knob (and I have small hands). It is a little too close.Bottom line is that while I like them, I fear there is a risk that the folks who buy my houses will not be happy with the issues I described. You might want to buy one and try it out before you commit to a whole house full of them. My mistake was that I bought one as a sample, but did not install it and try using it for a few days.

This door knob has totally changed how our bathroom door closes, and I'm mystified- but I'll take it because we don't have to give it an extra tug or hip check to ensure it latches. The ONLY reason I took off a single star on the "easy to install" portion is because you may need to (as I did) use a mallet to get the spindle to feed through the latch hole. I was beginning to think I'd gotten a defective product, but hammered it through as a last resort, and it worked! So if anyone else runs into this problem, just hammer away! Other than that, love this door knob!

I love these. So pretty and easy to install. We had a few sticks with the lock and locked ourselves in the room a few times. But once the mechanism loosened, it got better. It looks so pretty and elegant.

knobs were beautiful. Disappointed that we had to return them because we could not get them to work on our doors.
