This products is highly recommended since have Berberine HCl, Magnesium, and Chromium- good forsupporting healthy blood sugar levels, body's insulin utilization and support muscle function, simply promotes overall metabolic health. Since day one I noticed my cravings reduced. I take 2 capsules a day with food.

I started taking this supplement recently, and I'm really impressed. My blood sugar levels have been more stable, and I feel more energized throughout the day. It's also helped with my digestion. Highly recommend giving it a try!

I’ve been using berberine to help improve my blood glucose levels and was interested in this supplement since it includes other ingredients that may help boost my metabolism and control cravings. The combination of all of these ingredients are supposedly work together to help accomplish this.The serving size is 2 capsules per day, which makes a bottle about a 1 month supply. Each capsule is a good size, has no discernable taste and goes down fairly easily. I have been taking this supplement for a couple of weeks now, and the berberine seems to work as well as other berberine supplements I have taken in keeping down my blood sugar. I haven’t noticed any of the other helpful effects though.Overall, I’m not really sure this supplement is working for me on the metabolism and cravings front. After finishing a bottle, I just haven’t noticed any of the positive effects that are listed. I don’t have better workouts or lost any weight because of this supplement, and my energy and focus is about the same as before I started taking this supplement.

I have recently started vitamins and supplements to increase energy and to improve my overall health. When I added this product to my stable of supplements I have been very pleased with my overall results. I feel like my health in general is improving. I am not as tired as I normally was and I find that I am able to do more during the day so I think with the right combination of proper diet and exercise. This can really be a great addition. I've tried several different Berberine supplements, some which seem to work better than others. So far, these are the best I've found. They have the most obvious and significant affect on my appetite, which is what I'm looking for from a berberine supplement.These also have several other ingredients in them aside from the Berberine, and I'm wondering if that's what makes the difference.They are easy to swallow and cause not discomfort or negative side effects. I'm so happy to have found these and look forward to continue using them in my weight loss journey.

I have been supplementing with berberine, so when I saw that these from TrueCellular Formulas, I definitely wanted to give them a try. I like that they have chromium picolinate in them. The capsules were easy to swallow, and I have not noticed any GI side effects, but that might be because I have already been taking berberine. I take these with plenty of water as well. Berberine does not work overnight (at least for me) so be patient with it.
