Well, as per the description it does allow to have 2 TT rachets, and hold other items in the pouch provided.However, the shape of the bag is such that it's kinda uncomfortable when one hangs around the shoulder. It does not hang well when you are carrying around as the shape is curved and not exactly even.

Good equipment bag for Table Tennis Rackets
Well, you can keep 2 rackets at a time with 2-4 balls, a small piece of cloth, and 125 ml hydrate juice or water with ease. You cannot accommodate a hard TT box. Looks stylish and I must say most of Badminton players will envy you for the bag.
