Very comfortable using it to wash my customers cars.

I thought this was going to be good for washing the car but now I realize it is too difficult to rinse out and seems to hold dirt that can scratch paint. I think it would be better if it was softer, not so stiff, so you didn't have to press so hard for edges and curved surfaces. I'd rate it three stars.

Good car washing sponge. It soaps well and is soft.

This wash pad is very soft, it won't scratch your cars finish. It's just the right size for washing cars. I prefer it to a mitt as you can quickly switch sides as more suds are needed and keep going, making the job go so much quicker. It does a good job of washing the painted, glass and plastic surfaces. It rinses out clean once done to allow drying for it's next use. Recommend.

I have a couple of other wash mitts, but this pad is by far my favorite. It is a pad, not actually a mitt that fits over your hand, but it's a good size to be able to maintain a firm grip when washing. The material is soft and smooth, leaving no possibility of scratches or marks on my car. I rinse it well after use, then wash it and store in a covered pail to prevent dust or dirt contamination in the garage. It works beautifully and leaves my car looking great.

This wash mitt was ok but I did not like it over my other microfiber mitts. The sponge inside is very firm and thick. It required me to put extra pressure on the mitt to keep contact with the different levels of body panels. I don't like putting that much pressure on the paint when washing. The mitt's colors and fiber design also seemed to hide grit which was a concern. My other mitts show grit easily so I can rinse it before continuing with the wash. It does hold a large amount of water and soap in the sponge which was nice for lubrication.

This Ethos Microfiber Car Wash Mitt really had me confused for a few minutes upon receipt. Turns out it is NOT a mitt - no place to stick your hand. So, it fails as a mitt, but that doesn't mean it is useless.What it seems to be is a somewhat firm sponge encased in a microfiber case consisting of varying sizes of fibers. It holds an amazing amount of water/soap/whatever, and the fibers are reasonably soft and shouldn't scratch your finish (not the softest fibers, but not bad). There are lots of places for the product to pick up and contain the dirt from your vehicle.Rinsing dirt away was easy, but rinsing all of the soap out was quite a chore - and, the drying took some time. I attribute that to the internal spongeAfter a few washes, I think this is a good buy as long as you are expecting a microfiber wrapped sponge and not a wash mitt. It does well in performing as a sponge.
