As others have pointed out the controller is absolutely amazing. Build quality is solid, and the plastic feels premium in hand. The weight is spectacular. Not too heavy, but enough heft to retain that premium feel. The switches are solid, and triggers are a joy to use. The new version has both hall effect sticks and triggers, which should reduce stick drift significantly over longer periods of time. The RGB is actually well-diffused, and looks rather premium.The controller works well with Linux, my main OS, out of the box with all functionalities intact. Connecting and reconnecting is a breeze, and there is no need to "forget device" for reconnecting every time.The only concern I have, which I noticed in Steam's big picture mode, is that navigating the menu using the left analog stick requires you to move the stick all the way to the side you want to scroll. May be this is something that only works in the menus to avoid accidental scrolls. May be this is something you just have to get used to. But it is honestly not a deal breaker, and barely affects anything in real time use.I am yet to thoroughly test the bluetooth latency, but I will update this review when I do that. If Kreo can ensure full Linux support, especially with their software, they will be a force to reckon with in the Indian peripherals space. I am now actually lookin forward to buying their mechanical keyboards! Well done Kreo!

Ok so..... I ordered a pair, which arrived on 6th of March 2025....upon initial usage I was able to get both to work.. Ngl they worked pretty good.. Sure I got some level of input lag on my pc... Now I come to the grave matter one of the controllers couldn't charge at all... Nor could it connect to my pc... My pc indicated a product defect... So I contact Kreo customer support... Which is extremely slow at responding and they told me to hard reset it... After doing so, still no response and I turn to Amazon for returning it through exchange... The package was supposed to arrive today..... Hasn't arrived yet. When I try to track my order I am unable to do so... Amazon and Kreo help would be appreciated.

I feel it’s a pretty good deal under 2.5k the light looks good in dark but vibration is okay type coz in pc u need to connect using cable for proper vibration in Bluetooth it’s doesn’t work well but as a price point I can’t complain it’s a pretty great deal for price point I love the battery backup and the connectivity as well as the performance

A great pick for those looking for a controller for casual gaming.Points to note :1. Multiple connectivity options (USB & Bluetooth). NO 2.4GHz WIRELESS.2. Build quality is good for the price. Feels light, yet solid while holding.3. Looks gorgeous. The clear casing offers a unique look to the controller and the customizable RGB adds to it. Gets smudged overtime and requires regular cleaning.4. Over Bluetooth, there is a minor lag. It is to be expected as it's over Bluetooth. Not noticable during casual gaming. For competitive gaming, switch to a wired connection or pick a controller that offers 2.4 GHz wireless connection.5. The layout resembles a PlayStation Controller. Those preferring the Xbox controller layout should either get used to this layout or choose a different option.6. All the buttons provide a sharp response and the joysticks are accurate. But, expect stick drift in the future.7. With the RGB, expect battery life around 4-5, hours. Without the lights, expect longer times.Make sure the instruction booklet is kept safe as it has the instructions for connecting and customizing the controller.

Got a defective product at first. Then got it replaced. No haptic feedback during gaming in wireless mode in various games. And in some games a very light vibration which u would not even feel. For vibration have to play on wired. So i returned it. Why not go for cheaper if i have to play on wired. Connection issue. Giving 2 stars only for rgb and looks.

It is too frustrating to useFirst it never goes on pairing mode then when it does it’s latency is too bad battery life is good but it’s too confusing how to put on turbo mode what is x input mode etc. vibration mode is not working on pc in Bluetooth mode .I’d say that buy a wired gamepad as it is cheaper and convenient and you don’t have to worry bout charging 🙄
