Makes a great toy to keep on the desk.
My 11 year old loves these. They stick together well, are a great size and have held up

Good, with very minor flaw
I bought this for my girlfriend who has recently taken an interest in minecraft. She told me she loves the sound they make when they click together. The portal frame doesn't really stay in between the obsidian blocks though.

Take Minecraft out into the real world with this magnetic toys
The media could not be loaded. I ordered this magnetic building block set because my Minecraft-loving kids have been asking for them (they won't get them for a gift until Easter, so I can't speak to their reaction, but I think it will be positive).🧱 Compatible Lego-like figure includedPROS😈 Looks just like a Nether Portal. Do I know what a nether portal is? No idea. But I have been forced to build one with Legos, and I can tell you this one looks better.👾 Nice and pixelated, just like Minecraft. Don't ask me how this doesn't make my kid's eyes hurt (it drives me nuts) - but it looks authentically Minecraft-like.👩🏼🎨 Allows for creativity. They can build that portal thing, but they can also build whatever they want - it has that same creative component as Minecraft building mode (did I even get the mode name right? UGH. Clearly, I am not listening closely enough)🎮 Time away from screens! I mean, wouldn't we all pay a premium for that?Cons🧲 Light magnets. Time will tell if this gets annoying, but it holds well enough to build - not so much for rough play💵 At almost $30 for 32 pieces, you are almost a little less than a buck a piece. And I know this will make my kids ask for more (sigh), so get ready to part with more money soon 💸

Absolutely love these blocks!
These arrived in great time, packaged neatly in a small box. They’re actually smaller than expected, as others have mentioned, but the size is mentioned, so that’s on me, not the product. To me, that makes them easier for smaller hands to hold, as well as much easier to store when play time is over. We’ve spent many days and nights playing Minecraft since our little fell in love with the game. It opens a child’s mind to more creativity than any other game we’ve found. These small blocks, have done the same, without a screen. For that, I’m extremely pleased. The included Lego figure isn’t an actual character from the game, but it’s cute, sturdy, and adds a bit more for their imagination. The included portal piece is a definite bonus, as our little loves the portals in game, and at times, uses them in his pretend play. While others may not agree on the price aspect of this, as someone who has purchased many game or character related items, especially Minecraft, you would expect to pay more for an item of such. So, I, personally, see no issue with this. The blocks are well made. The magnets, in my opion, work as they should, as they’re ment for children, and I’d not expect them to have to force them apart, or put in much effort to seperate them. I find the magnets just right, and the blocks being so close to the actual items in game, is truly awesome. All in all, I believe these are great little blocks for pretend play, nurturing a child’s creativity side, and allowing them to enjoy their favorite game, without screen time. I believe they make a great gift for any child who loves Minecraft. The only thing to note when doing so, is that the box does actually state “Magetic Blocks” rather than the correct spelling. I don’t believe this would prevent a child from enjoying them though.
