Works great
Worked perfectly to remove the drain from our tub Need a wrench to grab hold of it to turn it.

Works with modification
The center hole was too small for use in my tub drain, however I was able to make the hole bigger and it works just fine.

Worked like a charm
Fit right into the drain, popped a thick screwdriver in the lateral holes and the old drain was easily and effectively removed with a few twists.

It should be labeled differently
This tool is far more helpful at inserting the drain and here’s why in my opinion. The drain cross members deteriorate, especially with heavily mineralized water. They are weak and brittle and break. But for the replacement it is the best, bar none. It minimizes any chance of damage while inserting the new drain as might happen with pliers or other implements. Great tool for the job.

Worked like a charm
Best $9 I ever spent. Worked with no problems at all. I would ignore the review that state that the tool broke. This tool IS NOT for stuck drains. If you use this tool and have to use excessive force, you will break it. It’s not designed for “stuck” drains. For stuck drains you need a drain extractor. You can’t go wrong with this tool. Absolutely works as described and worth its weight in gold.
