Purchased this in February, I have used it every day and I am extremely pleased with it.The quality of materials is very good. The sizing appears to be genuine.Water heats to boiling very quickly and I love the ambient temperature for my bread making.The ambient temperature is luke warm for drink but if it's run over ice it's perfect.Before purchasing the Sensio I used to filter my water for drinking and for boiling in a standard water filter jug,Now I have hot or cold at my finger tips.I would recommend this product.

This is a brilliant water heater the water is much hotter than the other ones we have had and holds more water

It's quite good, easy to use, and efficient. However, I have a couple of niggles - it doesn't give 100deg water, even at highest setting - more like 90deg. That's OK for coffee, but it wouldn't be very good for making tea. And it dribbles water every time you lift the tank off for refilling, so there's liable to be a puddle of water under it if you don't mop up each time!

Not much to say about this product other than if you are considering buying one I highly recommend it.I bought one for my mother initially to help with making her life easier due to arthritis, then when I visited and tried this out I bought another for myself.Fantastic product, does exactly what you expect it to do and does it fast and efficiently.

I like the idea of this machine and the ease of only heating the amount of water necessary. However the biggest negative is that the water is NOT HOT ENOUGH. It definitely is not boiling.

I was paying monthly payment installments as let's be honest, who doesn't go with buying things as cheap as possible with the cost of living at the moment.A couple of things I'd like to point out regarding this item. COMPLETE AND UTTER RUBBISH. So this morning I was sat in the kitchen on a stall watching the machine do it's own thing and the first thing I noticed was the filtering. I'm not convinced that the filter filters anything because the water goes through the filter too quickly and upon closer inspection I was absolutely mortified to see black bits swirling around in the water. My partner ended up taking a closer look and all the black bits sank to the bottom of the container.What the hell were we drinking? I'd have sent this rubbish back, but unfortunately I through away the box and used it on multiple occasions. So buyer, please DO NOT buy this item. Just stick to a kettle!Total trash 🗑️
