I’ve been looking for a sleep aid supplement for sooo long and I finally decided to try Beam and can say it’s the best product I’ve had to date.So excited to have found this product and excited to try some of the other products they offer as well! Would recommend!

dud not work for me - a waste of money

I believe these improved my sleep some, but still waking up and not getting back to sleep fairly often. They seem like a quality product, and they did help some. Guess I need something stronger.

Been searching for something that helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. This is the product! 10/10 recommend everyone tries! I wake up feeling refreshed and ready to tackle the day.

I didn’t find it affective

These sleeping pills offer some mild help with relaxation, but they aren't a knockout sleep aid. They might work better for some people.

It feels really good. I don’t feel sleepy in the morning and it helps me rest and relax.

I don't usually have trouble sleeping but I wanted to try something to improve my sleep. I don't drink alcohol or caffeine. I took two pills 45 minutes before going to bed, following good sleep hygiene (no phone, no tv, dark room right temperature etc).- I had an impossible time falling asleep- I woke up constantly all night, every couple of hours- I woke up multiple times in the night with a stomach ache- When I did wake up, I felt druggedCan't return it because I opened it, but I wish I would have just thrown away the money instead.
