This exercise bike has been a great addition in our workout room. I love being able to get an extra cardio workout at home. It was very easy to assemble, it comes with step-by-step directions to complete it. It can be a one person job for sure. It is incredibly quiet and operates so smoothly. The seat is very comfortable which is important to me as a good cardio workout will take me 45 minutes to an hour. The LCD monitor is easy to read and displays many features such as speed, distance, odometer, calories burnt and also a pulse reading. The caged pedals make sure you are safe while cycling, it keeps your feet securely in place. The pedals glide smoothly. You can also choose your resistance for your workouts, I like that it can be adjusted as my husband and I both use this and we both have a different resistance level, so it’s nice that it can accommodate both of us. We have a room for the bike but if it ever needs to be relocated it has wheels that makes transporting it a cinch. It operates very quietly so I can also use it in the early morning without waking anyone in the house.

I don't get the big whoof about it being friction resistance. Yea it does make noise, but it's not obnoxiously loud or noticeable, especially if you put on music or a movie while biking. If you hear a noise besides the wheel rubbing against the friction pad, the bike is probably faulty. I do agree its not for tall people as the seat and handle don't have many adjustable options.

I don't understand the 5 star reviews. This bike is way too small, I am 5'7 and even in the highest position is still too small. Is also flimsy and the pedal kept falling off even though it was put assembled by an expert cyclist. Very disappointed and returning it is gonna be a hassle.

I had been looking to upgrade my exercise bike for a long time and finally bit the bullet and bought this. I like that this is a proper spin bike that lets me have the high intensity that I want from my spin workouts. This bike is suitable for any level of rider because it has 8 resistance levels to choose from. The level ranges from light to spin out the lactic acid buildup to super intense to emulate a steep hill climb. The level is conveniently displayed on the digital screen so I know what level I’m at. It’s easy to switch quickly between settings. I like the weight of the flywheel, it makes it feel much more natural, like how I build up momentum slowly on a road bike. The footprint of the bike is small and takes up less space in my home gym than my old bike. I also like that it operates super quiet, so no worry about disturbing others with my workout. It did arrive needing assembly, but I found it quick to do. It took me about 30 minutes total to put together. It’s a comfortable bike to ride and overall great. Excellent workout!

It's like having your own personal spin class at home.The screen lets you tracks your time, speed, distance and really does keep me motivated. And there's a spot for my phone, so I can catch up on shows or blast my favorite workout tunes.I was worried about wobbling, but nope, this thing stays put. I'm not a lightweight, and it holds me just fine.If you're on the fence about getting fit, this bike is your go-to. It's user-friendly, tough, and gives you a killer workout without leaving the house. Highly recommend!

As a family we love this brand and have kitted out our home gym with a wide variety of their products.This bike is a perfect size for a home gym and can be easily moved into position via the wheels if space is limited.We like that it has 8 different resistance settings which are easy to change whilst in use.It has a good weight limit (275lbs) so makes it ideal for our family as my husband and kids can use it.A feature which is used more than I thought is the phone holder which is great if playing music but also for watching videos etc whilst working out.Comfortable to use and good quality so excellent value for money.
