Great Company and Product
Bought two of these and both look and perform great. Saved hundreds of dollars!! Had a small issue with one and the company sent me a new one in two days, no questions asked. Customer service goes a long way with me and this was impressive.

Female, not male.
First off, this was female, not male. My wall pipe was male and this pot filler was female.So easy to install! Came with everything you need, including screws, plumber's tape, and a hex wrench. Wrapped some plumber's tape on the threads of the pipe in the wall, then just screwed this pot filler on. Took maybe 10 min. It's only day one, but so far so good. Will update if it leaks so I'm very happy so far.

Broke at the brass fitting
This is a nice looking pot filler, but watch out. We had it installed for about 5 months, used it a total of two times, when all of a sudden it crashes onto my oven top. The brass fitting broke clean off. Now the fitting is stuck inside and Amazon WILL NOT send me a replacement. They said it was purchased too long ago. I guess that's what I get for ordering all my remodel fixtures ahead of time for my contractor to install. My husband is going to see if he can jimmy-rig it or I will go to Lowes or Home Depot and buy a REAL faucet, like a Delta or Kohler. These "make believe" brand fixtures are really substandard!

Works great, looks nice
Plumber installed this on a new house we were building, no issues of note during install. Device looks nice and was as advertised. Only reason I am giving 4 stars is every once in awhile I notice a small drop of water come from the faucet while it's turned off. Doesn't happen enough to be worried about, no puddles of water on my stove. I would estimate maybe a drop or two a week, nothing to be concerned about.
