Love this bidet toilet!! Initially ordered a different brand that leaked from the moment of installation. (That one had plastic hoses and fittings)Ordered this one as a replacement and you can tell the quality it much better. The fittings are metal and hoses are flex tubing used for most plumbing installations.We’ve been using it about a month now and are considering buying a second for the other bathroom. It definitely cuts down on the paperwork but doesn’t eliminate it completely as you still have to dry off unless you want to sit and wait on the dryer.Only things I believe would make it even more amazing is if the dryer was stronger and the seat closed before it auto flushed.

Technology changes and upgrades my daily life. This toilet is fantastic! I love its sleek design and user-friendly features. The installation took about an hour and wasn’t too difficult, though you will need someone to help since the unit is quite heavy.Unlike detachable bidet seats, this one-piece smart toilet is packed with outstanding and convenient features. The lid automatically opens when you approach the sensor zone, and after you’re finished and leave, it flushes and closes the lid for you. It’s extremely convenient and hygienic.The foot sensor operation amazed my boys—they loved being able to use their feet to control the lid and seat without having to touch anything.Other than above mentioned, this smart toilet uses less water compared to my old toilet, I am very happy with this smart toilet.Other than all these cool features, WOODBRIDGE technical support is very helpful, JP guided me to finish the remote-control setup and explained the side button features to me in detail, shortening my learning cycle on this new smart toilet. I like it.

Once he reviewed the problem, he immediately sent a new replacement and mailed me the plumber's expense too. New smart toilet is working great again.There was disappointment in the beginning. Mr. Kia H from customer service reviewed the video of the breakdown. He quickly sent a new replacement without any hassle. He also sent the plumber's expense.I will recommend a smart toilet from Woodbridge without any hesitation. Their customer service was exceptionally good. Any electronic machine can break down but their customer service won my heart.Thank you very much for your help.

Originally, I wanted a Toto, but just couldn’t justify a toilet that costs 3-5k. This one does what the high end ones do without the hefty price tag. It has tons of features and we love it!
