Fantastic Chair
This is a really good chair. It Arrived on time with all parts and very clear assembly instructions. I assembled it myself in 20 minutes. I bought the white/black model. Lumbar support has a good range of adjustment. Seat raises and lowers well and holds its position. Recline adjustment works well - you have to pull out the raise/lower handle to the right to allow the seat to recline, If the raise/lower handle is shoved to the left, the seat will not recline. The arm rests have a slight adjustment forward and backward only, and they can be raised up out of your way. The firmness of the seat is just right. I like the mesh seat back. I purchased the model with the headrest; you can buy this chair without the headrest and save about $25. The headrest has vertical as well as some rotational adjustment.

Surprisingly Comfortable and Easy to Assemble – Great Lower Back Support
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy this chair was to assemble. The instructions were straightforward, all the tools and parts were included, and I had it fully set up in about 15 minutes without any hassle. What really stands out is the lumbar support. I've tried several office chairs before, and few have provided the kind of lower back comfort this one offers. The adjustable lumbar cushion fits naturally into the curve of my spine and makes a noticeable difference during long hours of sitting. It’s firm, but not too rigid — just enough to promote good posture without being uncomfortable. The mesh back is breathable, which helps with airflow, especially on warmer days, and the headrest and armrests are fully adjustable to fit your height and preferences. I also appreciate the smooth 360-degree swivel and quiet wheels, which glide effortlessly even on hardwood floors.Overall, this chair strikes a great balance between comfort, functionality, and price. If you’re looking for an ergonomic chair that actually supports your body during extended use, this is a solid option. I highly recommend it, especially for people who spend a lot of time working at a desk.

A really good option to try if you hate chair shopping but need a good chair!
I've been through a good amount of office chairs over the years, and overall, I've come to dread the experience of having to get a new one. However, I've been pleasantly surprised with this chair over the few weeks I've been using it. It's light, sturdy, and fits perfectly into my workspace from both a physical and aesthetic perspective. The fabric is breathable so I've not been stuck dealing with sweaty legs and back from long hours of sitting, and I've been perfectly comfortable due to lower back support that ACTUALLY WORKS unlike every other chair that claims the feature but fails to follow through on usability. My favorite feature though is that it tilts back and forth so smoothly it's like having a rocking chair without the disadvantage of the space they take up (and the distinct danger to feline appendages for cat owners out there!)

Great chair for the price and lower back
As expected, I bought this chair due to my height, 5'-8", that suits my need and lower back pain. It fits perfect. The color is incredible (black and white). The head rest, seat, and arm rest cushions are comfortable for now after a month in. The sturdiness however is what brought my rating to four because of a few things; the arm rest needs to be designed & engineered better as it feels that it would break where it creaks when I press both of my hands on the rest when I get up and the lumbar adjustment needs to be designed better as well since it is tough to adjust. However, the lumbar support itself sit perfectly on my lower back which is critical so I'm thankful for that. As for leaning back to relax; the functionality is not great (speaking of the lever below the chair to lock and unlock). I want to the chair to be able to lock when I lay back but I have to use my toes to press on the ground to remain laying back. I would need a leg rest to do that.Overall, this is a great chair for the price, the color, durability, and my lower back. Just needs some modifications to perfect it.

Quality, adjustability and comfort at a reasonable cost.
I’m over 6’ tall and weigh north of 250 pounds. I also have back problems, requiring frequent visits to the chiropractor. As such I needed a new office chair that was highly adjustable. It had to be comfortable to sit in for hours, either while working on the computer or turning to watch a movie on TV.Lumbar support was key. And it needed to have a higher than average weight rating, because that’s what failed on my previous chair, where I’d raise the seat, and in a few minutes it had sunk all the way down. And the fact that the armrests are adjustable is a bonus, because on the old chair they were stuck in one position that was less than ideal. So if you need a chair that supports your weight without sinking, and that allows you to adjust the lower back (lumbar) to ease your back pain and discomfort, but can’t afford to pay hundreds of dollars, then I highly recommend the Tralt brand and this chair.
