Company reached out and helped make it right. I will say please consider adding weights to it if you’ll use outside or secure it down. Line the bottom with quarters at least. I changed my review from 1 to 5 stars.We bought this for a Girl Scout booth for tip donations. This review would have been a 4-5 star but unfortunately I have to knock it down a lot.It’s not heavy so an empty box will blow off the table. I mean I could glue heavy washers on the bottom. This is where it could just have been my only complaint UNTILIt falls a few times. It’s not durable and is chipped and cracked. It’ll be tossed when the season is over.If this is an indoor box, you’d have no problems with it.

I am a teacher and I have decided to use this as a tattle box. I will have paper for them to write down their tattle on and then they can place it in the box for me to read at the end of the day. My hope is to prevent so much disruption in class with the tattles. The box is extremely well made and comes with 2 keys to the lock. I am very pleased with the quality for the price!

As the title says, the main issue with this is that it's hard to open to get the cards out without them spilling everywhere. But that said, it worked for our purposes, and looked nice on our table.
