Okay. The quality is awesome. The effects are noticeable. I love it. However, please be aware, they are not kidding when taste is mentioned. Be prepared to hold your breath, hold your nose, drink quickly. Mix it with juice, milk, coffee, tea, anything you can. The taste is abominable. BUT that’s just how it tastes. The product itself is awesome.

Taste terrible, and they don't accept returns
I can't tell about the benefits because I wasen't able to take it,I tried but,the taste is way to bitter and strong,I really wanted to return the product but isn't returnable.
