Wont pair with HSE2-886-BS
It said it is is compatible with the HSE2-886-BS remote (which my remote is - see picture 2 )The instructions tell me to:Hold a button (e.g. 2)Then press another button 3 (e.g. 3) timesThen release button 2 - should show a red light (it shows flashing red light)Press and hold the old transmitter buttonThen apparently the new remote light should start blinking red/blue. followed by a series of blue flashes (it doesn't)There are more instructions on how to pair it with using the Promatic door opener itselfIt says press the P button and the red light will flash slowlypress and hold the new transmitter button you want to pairIt then says that the promatic door opener will flash red quickly (it doesn't - after a few seconds it stops flashing at all)The "helpful" video from the link provided shows how to pair a completely different remote control with the Promatic door openerI have wasted several hours trying to get this to work - not impressed
