Frozen Ham no instructions in box
I thought I paid $135.00 with shipping and handling for a fully cooked ready to serve special Kansas city Ham.What I got was an almost frozen Ham in a Styrofoam cooler with no Gel Pacs or Dry Ice In the box. There are no instructions for thawing or cooking the ham in all the literature that came in the Styrofoam box. After call the 1-800 number on the papers in the box. They person tells me you have to put the Ham in your refrigerator for 2 days. Then you have to wrap the thawed ham in tin foil place the ham on a pan pre heat your oven to 350 degrees then heat the ham 40 to 60 min. The take it out of the oven and let the ham sit for 15 min. Then put on the glaze that came in the box. I then find under meat inspection label the small instructions for thawing and cooking your pre cooked ham. What a joke. I could have gone to my local butcher and got one pre cooked not frozen. Then we could have had dinner tonight. Not a happy camper.Lord Dragoni

Not for sandwiches
We thought we were going to be able to serve it for dinner and make ham sandwiches. But it wasn’t a good cut of meat so we used it in the beans and it came out pretty good.

Quality and quantity
Disappointed. 3.2 with the plastic wrap. Not worth the money. Just a slab of meat is what it is. Wish it could be returned! So I finally began the thawing process and looking at its weight. After removing the heavy plastic wrap I weighted in at 3.15. Let it sit on some paper towels for 4 hours in 68 degrees and it is still frozen in the middle I have dropped to 2.96.Because it is clear Kansas Steak barely provided the minimum requirement, and really didn't meet that they lost a potential costumer for life. I use Omaha pretty regular and sometimes have issues but they always reach out to me and we work on a resolution.I heard nothing from this company!
