I'm impressed. This is a wonderful massager, with lots of power, more power than I'm used to having in a massager. I only use this massager on the lowest power level because that's all I need. It isn't too powerful and doesn't bruise my skin. It's easy to hold and isn't too heavy. I say that as a woman with small hands, gray hair, and so-so muscles.You can feel the vibration somewhat through the handle when the massager is turned on, but I don't notice the vibration unless I think about it.The design of this massager is thoughtful. I appreciate that the different massage heads are permanently affixed to the top of the massager so they don't wobble and you don't have to stop and change heads. None of the heads have sharp edges to cut you. All of them feel nice and smooth.I prefer using the bigger metal head, as it has a nice curved shape and covers more of my skin at one time. I can use it directly on my skin or over my clothes. The smaller metal head can be used to dig deep, but I seldom need that. The bigger black silicone(?)-covered head is best used directly on the skin, as it tends to drag when used on cloth-covered skin.If you buy this massager, read the instructions. Really, for once, just read them. They have some important caveats. Don't use the massager in certain places on your body or if you have certain conditions. Keep the massager moving. Limit how long you use the massager each time. Etc. Please read them.The storage case is well made and has a zipper that goes around far enough to open the case so it lays flat. The massager fits snuggly into a molded well in the case. There's a pocket on one side of the case to store the instruction manual and charging cord. It's nice to store everything in one case, with the massager protected against being banged around, instead of storing all this stuff in a ziplock bag.The charging instructions were a little confusing, so here's the skinny. Just plug one end of the charging cord into the bottom of the massager and the other end into your power source. The lights on the bottom of the charger will light up. First one light will be lit, then two lights will be lit, then three, etc., until all five lights are lit at the same time. Then all the lights will go out, and the sequence starts again. You'll know the charger is completely charged when all five lights on the bottom stay fully lit. That's it.I don't know how long the massager will run before it runs out of charge; I tend to recharge after every three or four uses. In my experience, even with the first charge, it charged faster than the instructions indicated.Everybody's body is different, so I respect that your experience may vary. This massager may be too powerful for you or too heavy or whatnot. You may have a condition that makes this massager not right for you. As for me, I have a fairly sensitive body, and it's worked great for me.

Very strong, low noise, low handle vibration, tips are very functional. Build quality is spot on. One year company warranty.My one and only concern is it will break in the future. If so I’ll probably buy another of the sameVery very satisfied with purchase and very very worth the price.

I love this high frequency massage tool. First, you need to understand how and why it works. It is very different than those pounding massage guns. This tool like a vibration plate and can have beneficial effects on the neruromuscular system. It helps with pain releif and lymphatic draining.I suffer from degenerative disease in my back and my neck. I no longer have that gel like padding between my bones and the bone on bone takes it's toll. This tool aids in the daily pain I have due to my disease. I also have osteoarthritis and this also helps that.I love that it is not as bulky as a massage gun and that all you need to do is rotate the tool for different tip applications. I no longer use the massage gun I use to use.My husband is in construction management and walks all day. He would sit there and stare at me using the tool waiting for me to finish so he could use it as well, so I ended up buying another. It stimulates blood flow and that helps soooo much.As I stated I take this with us on trips. After sitting for hours in the car traveling, or the plane this tool relieves all pain or discomfort. Not to mention that usually when you are on a trip you usually walk or hike a lot more than you may do on a regular day at home. So we don't leave home without it.It recharges quickly.I did have a issue with one of the devices, it was still in the warranty window and all I had to do was send a quick email with a very short vid of the issue and they sent a replacement within 48 hrs! Excellent customer service! I wish more companies were like them, reminds me of how it use to be.

Ive tried the original version of this at my chiro. This one is powerful and radiates deep through the muscles. It is missing the gentle vibration you get from the original when it sounds like sand shaking in a maraca. Still a worthy massager considering its build quality and price point. It is more effective than most percussive massagers on the market. 4.7 stars ⭐️

This is truly the best message tool I have ever bought on Amazon or anywhere else. It is like an instant pain reliever without using any medications. Not only instant pain relief but also deep healing of the problem and the pain goes away for a long time. I am so impressed with it I had to buy one for my father as well and he is also in love with it. He has experienced a lot of pain relief as well and better movement in his body.I was sad the other day because the massager stopped working even after I fully charged it. I then went to the owners manual to see if it was under warranty to find out it had a 1 year warranty and I only had 2 more weeks before the warranty expired. I emailed the company and was so surprised to see that the manager responded with an hour. He quickly realized the issue with the machine and was very happy to send me a brand new one assuring me that the problem is noted and they are always working on improving their products. He even sent it expedited shipping and I got the new messager delivered in 2 days. Wow! That is the best customer service I have ever experienced here on Amazon! I am so impressed with both the product and the customer service!
