Kept pop up dry 100%
Bought this one just in time for the rainy days and it kept our pop up completely dry. Water repelled right off. Excellent quality! Definitely recommend. Will update after a few weeks to see how material holds up in the sun.

Quality of the product
The cover is very well made, fits perfect even with the AC on top. It is more than what I expected for the price.

Not Waterproof
I would have given this cover 4 or 5 stars if it had been waterproof as advertised. It is well crafted and fit well with sturdy strapping and buckles. BUT . . . I put it on my camper, we got an inch of rain and a bit of snow, I checked under the cover and found pools of water and ice flows. The cover was not torn or loose so water had soaked right through it. I selected this product because of the waterproof claim because I knew the non-woven style leaked. I had to return it and buy a regular tarp. Too bad.

Like a Glove!
I have an '06 Fleetwood Williamsburg pup camper I was tired of tarping in the winter and this camper cover seemed the right dimensions for it. the actual camper frame is only around 12 feet, but we also have a front storage space that adds a few more. This cover fits over everything including an AC unit and an older roof rack storage shell. The material feels pretty durable with a rubberized interior to provide additional waterproofing. The elastic is generous but still tight (at least for now), but time will tell if that and the straps hold up to the elements. We keep our camper on the north side of our house, so while sun isn't usually an issue, snowmelt is, so I'm hopeful the waterproof elements keep the camper nice and dry. We had rain recently and it seemed that the water was repelled pretty well, so that's promising. It's nice knowing there are vents, too, that will help dry it out in case of water leaking in. The vents also have some sort of stiff material to help keep them open so you don't end up with sealed vents. The process of clipping is a bit of a challenge, so I suggest putting the cover on before backing it up next to a wall or something like that. I only used the lower clips that go underneath the camper, and these seem to be quite sufficient to keep the cover on. The ones at the end also ensure minimal movement from the wind. The fit was good and the cover seems pretty secure with the clips, so time will tell how well it does with the elements through the winter. In the meantime, I will say it's a welcome upgrade from my tired tarp method. If you don't have the room to store your camper in a garage, this is definitely the next best thing to protect your investment.
