The item was just the right weight for me, I wasn't using it for a lap top I am using it as a drawing board, it's very stable, and the spongey bit is a wonderful arm rest , very pleased with this item, folds away when not needed

Use it all the time it’s really useful.

I am disabled and have to work a lot from my bed. I have tried numerous stands, but this is by far the best one I have used for comfort. However, the standing mechanism itself is not that great and if you knock the stand around a little it can bend it and then it can be hard to keep it closed when not in use

This little lap table is very handy and comfortable! It's lightweight yet sturdy. It's height adjustable which is really nice for multi uses. I've found myself using this for anything from breakfast or laptop work in bed, to a lap dinner table for my Littles on the go. Very handy!

This is really well built and easy to set up and put away. The solid bamboo top feels really sturdy and the cushioning is firm enough to be steady on your lap. I particularly like the soft wrist rest that keeps my iPad from sliding down without a hard ridge digging into my wrist. My only slight improvement would be something to snap the angle prop into place since I occasionally lift the desk to reposition it and displace the prop, so have to set it again. But that's pretty minor and I would definitely recommend this lap desk. The quality build is worth the extra investment over the super cheap ones.
