Window start flipping and battery start heating and bad service from lenovo
Very bad service from lenovo my laptop window start flipping within 3 months I do cleam also but no one going to response me all time they said wait 72 hours its been 12 days but no one come to me for service as of now I personaly go in the service center now

Good one with metallic body finish in this price.Sturdy one with good looks and slim getup.Good laptop for beginners .Battery is good.Gaming not sure ( not for high end gaming).Screen quality is good enough according to the price.Go for it....It's a good one for daily basis work and for students.

Best premium laptop Under 30k
The build quality and Sleek design for the price is mind blowing 🤯 and the specs are plenty. Highly recommended! If you searching laptop under 30k with all spec. This is the best choice. Other laptops are under 30k has some flaws but This laptop ticks all the box's of practical features . In terms of heat It manages good and battery life comes 5 to 6 hours in my usage

Way to get full warranty and MS office home
Hello, it is a very nice laptop. However when you install at first and download lenovo vantage it will show you warranty left for 4-5 months. All you have to do is call the lenovo helpline and mail them the bill and pslip and they will extend your warranty for a year from the date of purchase.As for installation of MS office, the instructions come with a paper, there is a helpdesk no. Just contact for any issue.

Poor battery, no sound
If you are buying this laptop, please look for another.As HP user, this laptop has one of the worst battery which lasts upto 3 hours being a 0 display user and no application running behind. Apart from battery, sound is almost negligible. Have to increase till 50% just to listen sound in average volume. 100% volume = 40% volume of HP laptop.
