Came with wrong Windows 11 version
Came on time and runs. But it came with Windows 11 Pro and an activation code for Home. It should have came with Windows 11 Home to begin with. Now I’ve got to waist my time trying to figure out what to do. Not very happy at this time!!!Seller took care of my problem rapidly. I’m very satisfied. I would definitely buy from them again!!!

quit working in less than a year
i had this laptop just shy of a year. hardly used the thing and the motherboard is shot among other things. I was told that since the motherboard is soldered onto the computer that it would cost too much to fix it.

I like it!
Great and fast computer. A bit larger than I wanted, but I needed the TB of storage. The company that updated the storage took my power supply and HDMI cable. After I complained, they sent only a cord and the HDMI cable that didn't fit my computer. Hopefully you won't need a new computer as fast as I did. (Next day after my old computer crashed)

HP-17 inch laptop
Good laptop for the price. 17 inch screen ia good for watching TV or movies. Good battery life and speed. May be a little heavy for some, but doesn’t seem too bad for its size. Easy to set up.
