Bought this product for my home as I have been experiencing acts of vandalism to my car. Two days after purchase the item was at my door! Amazingly fast delivery. The item was very well packaged. Extremely easy to set up and I had it all working in ten minutes ( not fixed to the property at this point) I connected it to my TV via hdmi and the quality is very good. Connected the Ethernet, zapped the code with my iPhone and followed the simple instructions and I have my cctv on my phone! Couldn't be easier! I connected the mouse that comes with it to the front USB port and I'm able to access the menu and all the setting on my TV. I have a 55" Sony and the pictures are very clear. Be warned that no instructions come with this unit... However I googled it and downloaded the user manual. This unit does NOT come with a hard drive to record. I bought a SATA 1.5GB FOR £16 and fitted it in myself no problem. You will need four little screws to fix it in. Everything is inside reason to fit it. Now the fitting of the cameras... Anyone with a little diy experience will fit these in minutes as I did. The fact that I downloaded the images through my iPhone (android also) meant that I didn't have my wife shouting "up a bit down a bit left right" etc I simple looked on my phone and did it myself. There's plenty of wire that comes with it but maybe not enough for back and front of a house where chasing would be needed. I only needed the two cameras and I find it a bit frustrating that I can't have a split picture with two cameras instead of having four with two being blank. If anyone can work it out please educate me! Overall I'm very pleased with these cameras and fast delivery. I like to shop with confidence myself so I would highly recommend using this seller.

We have several CCTV DVR units - one with a 1TB hard disk; the other (this one) for viewing an additional feed. We sourced this unit because of its quality (based on earlier products we've bought from the same manufacturer), its affordability and the fact two cameras were included - one of which then became an additional camera-feed for a separate DVR unit.This unit was easy to set up, and the picture quality is very good; including the night-vision feed.Also worth mentioning is the exceptional (and I use this word intentionally) assistance I received from CCTV_Channels' customer support. I had had a compatibility issue with another camera (bought from them). I e-mailed them to query the settings / a potential connectivity issue and, over the course of three days, they offered ongoing advice and support; 'going the extra mile', as it were. They have also since arranged for a suitable, replacement camera to be provided. Such attention to customer satisfaction is becoming rarer these days - hence this review is intended to cover both the product... and CCTV_Channels' response to my query. Very happy to recommend on both counts.

There was a little cofusement when deciding to buy these cameras + dvr box the seller was selling them stateing there was no hard drive however reviews people were saying it did anyhow i can confirm you do not get a HD with these cameras but don not let that put you off if they come with a HD they would be giving them away so even without still a very good buy. They come a week early than when said they would arrive on a sunday so 10/10 on service. They were in two box's and packadged very well not a scratch on them i opened it up no hard drive so installed one from a desktop ( people with little computer experience in building them may find this a little difficult and pay a service to do it for them more expense could be added } all the leads are in the dvr box just plug them in to your hard-drive tighten 4 screws easy really. The software runs itself when wired up to your internet connection a RJ45 lead does not come with them as stated it dont. Ran 1st time straight in. The picture quality is spot on and at night even better my whole back garden can be seen and if anything moves you will see it so all good 10/10 on cameras. I was in wicks yesterday veiewing there camera systems and just for 2 bullet cameras are the same price when this you get a dvr box as well wickes were £220 + Well worth there money and would recommend to people who want a cctv system with 2 cameras 24hr recording easy set up for less than £100 only amazon can do that deal and what a cracker it is

Easy install, easy use cctv system, comes with all cables you need including serial and piwer cables for the hard drive you need to purchase. I recomend 1tb plusHigh quality inages day and night.Download XMeye for your tablet to view your cctv cameras on your network. Lots of options how you want to record,quality and type ie record 24/7 or motion detection,Only issue is mouse cable is a bit short.In short easy to install and use. Manual all though rarely used is not great

After receiving this product we took no time at all to set it up, simply connecting the video inputs and the power to each camera and mounting them outside the house, a bit of cable management and an older computer monitor of mine and we were good to go. Only forewarning is that you will need to purchase some form of storage to be able to record videos. Either a smaller USB type storage if you are to use the motion detection setting only or a larger internal hard drive (HDD) or USB HDD for storage if you want to run constant recording of your premises.For the money, I am no expert but I dont see how these cameras and DVR box for the price can be beaten, what more could you want they are excellent. The software allows you to show multiple cameras if you have them added, adjust motion control or for the cameras to activate when a home alarm goes off. The infrared (IR) light for the camera allows night vision to cover way across the road to the garages which is over 35. In day time the image is clear and can identify license plates and faces. Excellent excellent product.
