It Works!
I’ve been using this for several years now, and my dogs don’t mind the taste. It gives my dog cleaner teeth and they don’t have doggy breath.

Good stuff
I don’t know what magic is in that bottle, but it works wonders on my dogs breath, and I really cannot live without it

Yo, baby ... tired of selfies? HMU.
I'm not your typical Chihuahua. I'm what you would refer to as a ChiWowWow. I like to look good for my honeys and that includes taking care of my nails, coat and remaining teeth. Seeing as I'm part fiercely ferocious and part numpty neurotic, typical dental hygiene measures seldom work out. I have a stash of buried toothbrushes and finger wipes I keep as trophies. No company ever got rich by overestimating what I want to put in my mouth. This Dental Fresh Water Additive, however, isn't bad. It came into my life more than two years ago and worked really well back then. It seems to me now, that it brightened my teeth and freshened my breath in a matter of a couple of weeks. My personal assistants, however, neglected to order some for quite a while after I finished the second bottle. (They've been dealt with for dropping the ball on that - and it wasn't pretty).A couple of months ago, I began getting the impression that my breath resembled foul soccer cleats. For one, my Shih tZu neighbor turned her nose up at my proposal for a moonlit stroll. Moonlight strolls are her favorite. Luckily (and good for them), my personal assistants were more observant of my needs, and they seemed to think that the kisses I deign to impart upon them every so often, smelled far fishier than the fish oil I demand in my grub. As such, they purchased another bottle of this stuff and I've been using it for almost a month. Much to my chagrin (what isn't?), I seem to recall this stuff being much better and faster-acting when I first tried it two years ago. My breath is better than it was a couple of months back, and I notice that my teeth are beginning to whiten again, but the first time my assistants bought this, the results were pretty great and they happened a lot faster. I presume the formula might have been changed either because it was too good at fixing oral issues, or to make it more palatable now, which it is. Could be I'm just remembering it wrong - but that doesn't happen often. As far as I'm concerned, we're keeping this on the shopping list. Moonlit walks are back on the calendar.

This Stuff Works!
I usually don’t leave product ratings but this stuff works! My dog has been suffering with bad breath for years since I switched him to a cooked food diet instead of kibble. Dental treats did not work by themselves. Last year I paid $1,000 for dental cleaning and I thought that would fix it, and within days his breath was smelly again. All that money down the drain! Since trying this product, his breath has improved significantly! Almost no odor at all. I give him this in combination with dental treats. Even though it says this product is odorless/tasteless, I do think my dog tastes something because I’ve never seen him drink so much water in his life unless he eats something salty.

Good Stuff, but received bad product
I have 2 Westies and one of them has some serious bad breath!! So, I've purchased so many different products in the form of a liquid to try and freshen their breath. This Senergy Dental Fresh is the only freshener that my dogs like in their water!! I've tried the Petco brands and they leave too much of a minty smell to the water, and my dogs refuse to drink their water. I had to fight them off the toilet bowl because that is where they would end up! :)So, needless to say, this is the only stuff I can use that does work. You only need a little to do the trick. I have a small water bowl so all I add to it is about 2 Tbsp to their empty bowl, and then I fill the rest of the bowl with fresh tap water. Doing it this way also helps to mix the stuff in well w/ the water. Also, I chose to buy it online because it was cheaper than buying it at Petco and having to take the 30 minute trip as well. Now, the only reason why I gave these 4 stars and not 5 is because the two bottles they sent me were bad. I opened the first one and automatically I could tell something was wrong when I pulled off the safety seal. Normally this product does have a slight distinct smell to it that I can't describe, but when I opened the 1st bottle it had more of a strong chemical/plastic smell to it. I still tried to mix it with water, but I could smell some chemical smell in the water really strong. (Normally you can smell a faint smell that just smells like ummm...dull water??) So I just dumped the bottle. The second bottle didn't smell quite as bad, but I could still once again smell a chemical smell that was not normal with the usual product I purchase. I still added it and diluted it with water, but my dogs didn't drink their water which is not very common. Stupid me had torn up the receipt a week prior, and dumped the product out their bottle, when I should have returned it. I still ended up having to drive to Petco in the next town over, and pay $20 for a 32 fl oz bottle. Just to make sure I wasn't crazy, I did open up the bottle and smelled the product before I bought it, which had the smell I thought it should. (You can still smell the stuff through the safety seal).Despite the 2 bad bottles I received, I stand by this product and love it because it is a simple way to keep the dog's teeth clean and breath fresh. This shouldn't be a substitute for brushing their teeth though. Also, it prevents you from having to give them numerous treats to freshen their breath. (Especially if you're watching their weight) A 17.3 oz bottle normally lasts about 3-4 wks for my two Westies who drink about 1 (16 oz) bowl a day.
