I got this to replace my old office chair and was surprised by its comfort level. It has a soft black suede fabric and just the right softness for my back. The massage is around the Lower back area and has a small pad to cover it when massage is not in use. It is a decent chair that get two things done, massage and office use😜

Head rest plastic is flimsy, and the adjust angle does not stay once you rest you head on it. the base only goes up and down like, 4 inches, and the arms do not adjust up and down, only flip up.

I would highly recommend this chair, it is very sturdy and comfortable! It was super easy to put togather!

This chair would be perfect-if I wasn't 5'6". Its meant for a bigger person it seems, to get any of the massage feature you have to put your butt against the back of the chair, but the seat is so long I can only do that if I pull my legs up onto the seat with me. I'm not tiny by any means but this chair is better for a big person!
