The rack sent has only seven leg fittings but needed is 8 let's. And also the hole and legs are not fitting into. No replace options for this item and also not able contact the customer care.

The item is not strong enough for 5 layer

The sturdiness of the product is questionable considering the support rods are super thin and the centre of the rack is not wood it’s just a ply. The border of the rack is the only thing that is thick. The product is not as promised in the description and don’t go by what the photo says as it’s a lie. It’s a look a like piece with poor quality

The holes to attach the shelfs are not proper.

I am using it for storage

I received a 1×2 sized wooden boards whereas in the app it was mentioned 1×5.The quality is very very poor, you cant fit shoes or sandals in that wooden sheet.For comparison i have kept 200ml GELUSIL bottle.I request AMAZON to review and avoid such kind of sellers who are cheating public.These sellers are spoiling the credibility of Amazon.
