I should have order the medium instead of course! The course crystals are wayyyyyy to big and sturdy for my electric salt grinder (and it is pretty powerful...). I thought the medium would be too fine, but I will try it next time. Tastes great...

LOVE LOVE LOVE this stuff! I accidentally ordered super coarse, meaning to get medium grind-but it was a perfect mistake! I have a test kitchen I just started, mixing up some salted herb blends, and this salt is PERFECT! I can grind the salt down to where I need it, and instead over being overpowering and strong, it really enhances the flavor of the herbs in the finished salt, and makes them sing! It's a little dusty, so working with different methods, but I haven't noticed much color difference in the finished salts. Since I want to enhance flavor, I don't used much, so this will last forever! Great value for the price!

This is an excellent salt ... good flavor, good smell,The color is a great pink.There are 84 trace minerals, and I can already tell an increase in energy after switching to this salt.My doctor told me that my body was depleted of trace mineral. This is the one recommended ....Expensive, but the newfound energy in just a few days has been very rewarding!

Update: my husband was in charge to reorder the big rocks for our grinder. 3 days ago, our grinder that is not even six months old broke. Reason? The rocks of salt are regular rocks covered in salt. How do I know? I have the habit to put small rocks of salt under my thong for having low blood pressure and I still had the old salt in my little container. Today I ran out of them and grabbed one of this container. Once the rock was a little smaller, I noticed it was not melting anymore. When I took it out, for my surprise, was a regular rock. Threw it away and grabbed another one. Same thing. Tried to break another 5-6, 3-4 of them were regular rocks. Do not buy! This is not salt and will break your grinder!The add present a 2.2 package, the photo of the add a 2.5 and I received a 2.2 package. The salt is granulated, thick granulated, not thin as it should be. Tastes like iron, I did a quick research and found out that fake pink salt usually tastes like that. Product non refundable, waste of money!
